“I ordered a pizza to pick up at 8PM, but I wasn't able to make it there until 8:30PM. I called as I was pulling into the parking lot and was given the manager on the phone who told me "we closed at 8 and have already counted our drawers for the night" I replied saying that I thought they closed at 9PM and she said "no, we changed to winter hours months ago" I then proceeded to tell her I was already in the parking lot and then the manager quickly hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. I tried to call back several times and no answer, even though the voicemail they have setup kept answering and the recording even states they are open until 9PM. Their Facebook also states they are open until 9PM as well as Google. My question is why did you guys not say that you close at 8PM when I made my order at 630PM to pickup at 8PM? I think that would have been pretty important information to disclose. How else would I know you guys close at 8PM if your voicemail, Facebook, and Google all say you close at 9PM? I'm really disappointed in the way the manager handled this and probably will not return as a customer. My entire family and myself, and alot of close friends have eatin here ALOT and ordered pizza to go several times throughout the years and have never been treated So rudely before. Maybe it's the new management?“

“Really fun place to get a great thin crust pizza. Some amazing combinations to choose from - we tried the Northern and Mediterranean - both were amazing! Wait wasn’t too long and service was friendly. Atmosphere was welcoming and fun place to hang out, with cool art and an old school but at the same time modern pizza place feel to it. “We went to Patty's pub January 11 for my daughter's 14th birthday with my folks and one of her friends. We had an absolutely awesome experience all due to an incredible server. It was a young man who was tall work glasses. I kept trying to catch his name, but he was lovely what he did he did not have to write our big orders down and everything was perfect. ! Food was great ! But we all honestly said that server that we had was the best server we ever experienced from start to finish. He made a wonderful evening. !! Thank you ! I'm updating my post because I went there today (1/10/26) and the staff was so nice! When I asked the gentleman that made my pizza if they still had vegan cheese and protein he told me that he moved it away from the meat and at the end by the vegetables because he thought that made more sense. And you know, it does! I like that there's no risk of meat or regular cheese dropping into the containers which happens a lot at other places similar to this. He was also kind enough to ask if I wanted him to use different gloves. I thought that was really nice of him to ask! I'm vegan but I don't like to make a fuss about it so I'm always so impressed when people go out of the way to be considerate and cautious of potential allergies! All of the staff were fantastic today and it makes me want to go here more often. While I was waiting for my family to get done ordering I talked to another staff member and her customer service was the best. She made this introvert want to continue talking to her which is a true talent because I usually feel awkward with stranger small talk. I added a star because of the staff!“

“My first visit to this Little Caesars was actually pretty good. The pizza was hot, the staff was quick, and everything felt like it was running the way it should. I left thinking, “Yeah, I’d come back here again.”The second visit, though… dreadful. Orders felt chaotic, the wait was long, and nothing seemed to be going right. At one point, things got so unreal that there was a plant on fire right there in the restaurant, flames reaching up like the place had completely lost control.

THEN I WOKE UP 🤯🤯🤯

Turns out the second visit, the chaos, the fire, the burning plant, was all just a dream. In reality, the place was fine, and the plant was still calmly sitting by the window. Honestly, it’s a nice little decoration. 🪴🔥

He kept me informed of where the order was the entire time and did an excellent job of managing the constant flow of customers while also preparing food!“

“I placed an order for a heart shaped pizza earlier this week. the employees on the phone were very helpful and even were accommodating when I called mid week to change my order. I came in on valentine’s day and while I was waiting for the employees to finish boxing up my order a very rude customer came in. it was disheartening to see a grown adult speak so rudely to a crew of teenagers. however, I’m leaving my review to say that they handled the situation very professionally. thank you for a perfect v-day dinner valentino’s! and I hope Karen had the valentine’s day she deserved.“

She was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful during all stages of planning our event. Our servers Maddie and Alex were wonderful as well and so attentive. The food was very good and the presentation was perfect. The party room provided great ambiance for our guests. “Went here after visiting my mother-in-law who was staying at St Elizabeth Hospital. I was really excited because I used to love the Valentino's buffets in Omaha when we had them. I was a little disappointed in the buffet since the Omaha location used to have a HUGE variety. I still got to have my pizza and salad bar but it was a little bit of a let done since my expectations were for a huge buffet. Still yummy in my book.“

“I put an order with davinci’s late on a Friday night. They made a mistake and forgot something on the order. Which happens every where. But the gentleman that was working explained what happened apologize and made it right with getting us what was missed. He had such a great positive attitude. One of the best burgers I've ever had, seriously... and I don't know what they put in their mashed potatoes, but I literally could eat like a gallon of those at a time.. it is a great place to watch Husker volleyball on a Sunday night and get some great food. Also, our 2 year old and si 6 year old children are in the back seat saying "and Mom don't forget to tell them that their fries are delicious!!" One kid says waffle fries, the second kid says French fries, and my husband says Tater Tots! and again, my vote is the mashed potatoes.. 😂“
