“Man oh man... 75 years of runza, I have sure been missing out on these sandwiches.

Jasmine was very helpful while I was ordering. The Cheeseburger Runza was delicious, the pumpkin spice shake hot the spot.

Definitely a place to stop in for this Nebraska born sandwich that's 75 years and still a hit with the locals.“

“Went there for a SuperBowl party. I really enjoyed it. The fried mushrooms were so good. And the taco pizza too. They had live keno with the ball hopper. Even though I don't play keno, I thought that was cool. And don't forget that huge salad bar. I would go here again when in the area.“

“On our walk across the country, the American Discovery Trail brings us through the town of Eagle on the way into Lincoln, and we had some time to kill so we went to Bailey's. The people here were very friendly; it was a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The food is awesome - they use locally-sourced beef, and everything tasted fantastic. We happened to be there during a Huskers game and there was only one server on duty. The place was really busy but she was handling it! Great job, fun time.“

“Has been and always will be my favorite hamburger in lincoln. Sometimes it can be a little greasy but, even then better than most. I always get at least a free cookie or two every time which is cool.

Definitely reccomend if you want to try something new and not typical like a McDonald's. Has a older school vibe Goin on too.“

“We celebrated our 53rd anniversary last night by eating at Legendary Red Rooster. The chicken was amazing. The service was excellent. The strawberry rhubarb pie and apple pie was oh so yummy. We even had an order of the wings to go. Had a nice visit with Ron. Oh, and I can't forget that delicious Italiam margarita.😋. We drove an hour to eat here, and we'll worth the drive. Thank you for helping us celebrate. An awesome place.“

Gourmet shrimp, lamb and chicken dishes, and desserts which like the bread is all made in-house. This place is run by Chef Ron, who is from New Orleans, and his dishes are wonderful! Great staff, too! The cost was only $12 for a feast! Go for Mardi Gras in February, summer BBQ or Holiday festivities like tonite's dinner - Dec 6 which features shrimp, prime rib roast beef, chicken and superb vegetable dishes. Who knew that a brussel sprout could be so yummy! The dessert table was amazing to see and snarf!!! Enjoy this place all year long!“

“My experience today made me realize there is still hope for resturants in our country. I went here today because I was given a gift card and I was pleasantly surprised in multiple ways.I ordered the cheeseburger lunch special for $8.79. I am a big eater it filled me up and it was delicious. Burger was juicy, vegetables were fresh and crisp, cheese was high quality, bun was perfect, fries were amazing. Best meal I have had from a resturant in years. Service and the atmosphere were very nice. If you are craving American 🇺🇸 this is by far the best option hands down. I will be back.“

“I was very pleased with the service provided in drive-thru. The two people working drive thru (the receipt said Troy but I didn't catch the young lady's name) were so kind to me. As an older man, younger generations don't seem to care anymore but these two are special! You've got yourself some keepers... hahahah... They made sure my order was correct and it surely was! yay!... Will frequent this location more.“

“My husband and I came here for our anniversary and we never get to go out to dinner so we were really excited. The service was amazing, our waitress was so nice and it was super cozy and clean. The drinks were the best part, my husband had an old fashioned and I had a martini and some wine. The escargot is also really good. The reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because my husband’s king cut prime rib was supposed to be medium rare and it was more like medium well… which is basically a crime against humanity lol. Also my lobster Mac and cheese had a couple really chewy pieces of lobster meat, like so chewy I had to spit them out. Other than that the food was wonderful, just make sure they cook your steak to your liking and maybe don’t bother with the lobster Mac and cheese! Someday when we can afford to go out again we will likely go back.“

“Runza is a great restaurant. This little location is great for a take home meal. It service to the neighborhood is wonderful. They are trying to stay open with all the street work. Don't let the construction hold you back. Give them your business. During the warmer weather it is fun to enjoy the picnic tables.“

“Well, we are from out of town and heard of the famous Runza sandwich. We we're invited to try a sample by the gentlemen at the counter. The service was great, he brought our food out to us and offered us extra items like ranch. Even the customers were friendly. We also enjoyed the actual meal. Glad we tried a Nebraska favorite.“

“Pickle fries so salty they were inedible. Blue Hawaiian long island ice tea really hit the spot. Nola was a great waitress. My only complaint was why do you bring a table full of kids that are loud and have no manners and sit them beside 3 other tables of people that were alone or with one other person trying to enjoy a quiet evening and YES there were atleast 3 other places the could have been seated. Train your host and hostesses correctly.“

He walked in to start his shift, literally walked in the door, and sat us down and took our drink order. He had so much energy and was quick to get us what we wanted.
