“This is my favorite Dunkin's ever. Everyone is always so personable and friendly, and often they'll even write you cute notes on your cup if you're a regular. BUT, the last few days I've been, there have only been one or two people working and they seem STRESSED. I really hope management is doing everything they can to help their employees and are not leaving them out to run like crazy without any reward. This is how good employees get burnt out.“

“We have been ordering from Big Cat Coffees for many years. Their customer service team is very helpful and professional. The variety of coffee, teas, etc. that Big Cat offers helps us to always find what we want and gives us ideas of new products to try. The convenience of ordering online and having it shipped to the house is an added bonus. We just wish the shipping charges were not so high. We often order small quantities and sometimes are shipping cost is higher than our product cost.“

I like it a lot with the hash browns and some hot sauce. I'm pretty forgiving and easy to please when it comes to food and beverages, though. I'd never turn my nose up at stuff that more "refined" palates probably wouldn't classify as food.

Vegetarian options: The beyond breakfast sandwich is totally vegan and is very tasty. The hashbrowns are always a great side for the sandwich, too. They also have almond, oat, and coconut milks for any beverage that might have dairy milk, typically. They use Torani syrups to flavor their drinks, which are mostly vegan. Aroma Joe's website has all the ingredients and allergen info easily available if you're not sure of a specific item.“

You can tell a good coffee roaster from their decaf, that's when a coffee drinker likes their coffee, they don't drink it for the caffeine but the pure flavor. now when a roaster can capture real coffee flavor in a decaf, that's exquisite. I happened to grab a pound of their coffee the weekend blend at a small local store, and a bag of decaf. i wasn't disappointed. now anytime i see their whole bean coffee, it's the first thing I grab. very lucky to have such a great coffee roaster so local to us.“

“The staff were great, the service was great given how busy they were. However a situation arose with another customer, a regular apparently whom appeared to have been drinking and thought it was acceptable to create an altercation (in front of his grandchildren) between himself and 4 older lady’s, make a scene and yell at other guests including myself for stepping in and asking him to keep it down and take his problem outdoors. They were very busy and I get it he was frustrated, but this created an uncomfortable environment and he continued to do so to the point where we had to leave before our food arrived. I felt bad for the staff.“

“Hard to believe that certain stores in chains are better than others, but this one always has been. Sometimes if I get coffee at other Dunks in the area, the coffees are sometimes bitter, sometimes sweet, sometimes watered down, etc. Here I consistently get the same thing, though of course it's not designer coffee it is at least what I want, every time. Now if only they could fix the giant hole in front of their drive thru window that threatens to swallow up my poor little car or shear off a wheel.....“
