“had an incredible experience at the Cave Bar, and the highlight of my visit was without a doubt Mason, the bartender. From the moment I sat down, Mason set the tone with his professionalism, energy, and genuine personality.

He didn’t just pour drinks — he crafted them. Every cocktail he made was balanced, creative, and spot-on to what I asked for. He took the time to ask what kind of flavors I enjoyed, made recommendations that fit perfectly, and even explained the little details behind each drink. It showed he has not only skill but also passion for his craft.

What really stood out was Mason’s ability to connect with everyone at the bar. He kept the atmosphere fun and welcoming, remembered people’s names and orders, and somehow managed to juggle a busy crowd while still making it feel like you had his full attention. That’s a rare quality, and it’s exactly what makes a bartender go from good to unforgettable.

The Cave Bar itself has a unique vibe, but Mason elevated the entire experience. If you’re visiting, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at the bar — you’ll quickly see why he’s the best.

“Overall a wonderful experience. Our server, Ergun was outstanding, very amiable. I have a favorite cocktail with blended Canadian whiskey, either Canadian Club or Seagrams. Neither were available. We dined at Stickneys the next night and they had the whiskey- restaurants on the same site. Probably could have been obtained with little effort. Also this is high end, expensive dining facility with recommend attire. We didn't expect to share our dining experience with people wearing carpenter jeans and untucked Tshirts. We are far from snobs, just regular folks, but when spending a lot of money, we would expect the Omni to enforce their dining protocol. If not, why bother to publish it. Back in the day, this facility had jackets for men that did have them.”

“Our server, Geremy was exceptional. He was very attentive and friendly. He offered advice and was spot on all evening. Our food was beyond perfect. A very outstanding dining experience at Omni Mt. Washington, rivaling the 1902 Dining Room where we dined the night before. Highly recommended.”

“We had the $10. burger special with choice of fries. It was great. They were busy with only one server, but it went very smoothly with teamwork. A potential guest decided she could make her own parking spot at the front door and was asked by another guest not to park there. Instead of helping her elderly mother into the restaurant and then moving her car, she got angry, moved her car and then dragged her mother into the restaurant. She wanted to be seated in a closed section, which she was told she could not. She was belligerent and privileged. She blamed everyone else for her problems and blamed it on prejudice because of her NY plates...that no one could see. The food and service were great, the floor show was a bonus.”

“Have been many times before and it was always good, but they have painted and updated and cleaned the entire park. It was brand-new looking! Staff were all awesome as always. Came here specifically to say what a great experience we had! (Kiddos 4 snd 6.)”

“Reservations!! Make them! It’s a great place to grab a really nice lunch and a drink while skiing at Bretton Woods. Kid friendly for sure. Bar looks great, but we sat at a regular table. Food is excellent (Omni Mt Washington) and beer is cold. Took the family for lunch while hitting the slopes for spring skiing. Would highly recommend-and have been coming here for years. They are still figuring out how to use Open Table, and I would suggest reservations (packed on a Tuesday in March) but otherwise great.”

“Arrived late Friday night and could only imagine what the view would be like in the morning. Slept with the balcony sliders open and fell into a deep sleep to the sounds of the ammonoosuc river gently rolling. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Morning found me well rested and waking to a glorious sunrise on the first day of autumn in all the glory. Breakfast was amazing on the river. Short walk after on pierce bridge for yet another amazing view. Our event was at eleven across 302 on the river road so we spent as much time as we could at the inn. Highly recommend and reserve early the place is sold out and for good reason. I hope to travel this way again and remain here for a longer stay there is much of heaven to explore in there parts!”

“Came here for a girls overnight getaway and dined here. Loved the ambiance of the wine cellar (bring a sweater-its chilly down there! Menu is seasonal and slim, but literally everything was delicious, especially the scallop dish! Waitstaff was short staffed and a little curt, but everything else was delightful.”

“best pizza I've had! stop on a whim while on vacation and absolutely loved it! crispy on the bottom with a hint of salt and a slight kick to the flavor. I've been telling everyone I come across to stop and try it out. to add to it, the customer service was fantastic! the cashier/server was helpful and sweet, the boys cooking were on top of things and the guy from the general store next door was awesome with tips and advice for trying to spot a moose. thanks everyone!”
