“I ordered a bowl that I thought had no added sugar due to a special diet I am strictly following, and after they made it the manager asked if I had been informed the base I choose did In fact have added sugar, which I had not been. She offered to remake it with the green base with cashew milk and make sure there was no added sugars in my bowl. Everything she did for me, was very appreciated and I love that I can go to Playa and treat myself while sticking to my plan. Thank you Playa!!“

She knows the customers and their orders and she is just amazing when she is in the drive through! She keeps things going!“

“went in today and was basically yelled out by the gal behind the counter when i did not hear her ask what size coffee i wanted( it’s tough when your staff mumbles ) … i will not be going back . i don’t go into coffee shops to get yelled at by the staff . the place is not as good now under this new ownership .. baked goods not at yummy as before and staff is lackluster.“

I've had a few recent visits at that specific Starbucks where I walked away very sad at what had transpired there with some staff and drink issues. With you, from my first couple of minutes talking outside as you washed the windows, I could feel your positive energy! It uplifted me ?. Then, inside, as I requested my drink, with you as the Barista, your kindness that followed with what you offered in addition was so unexpected and gratefully received. I've had people say & do things for me, during these past 6 months in Concord, and then I found out they were paid money to do it. This didn't feel like that. Important for me to say, loud & clear, to other staff/other restaurants who might read this and be offered money to copy her approach: Don't. I'll say: "no, thanks".
