“I have wanted to try this place for so long but I kept forgetting they were here! So today I stopped by and got a Pura Vida bowl and I only wish I would have done so sooner! The girls are very kind and knowledgeable and this is one of the best bowls I've had since being in Texas. It's also filled to the top with incredible flavor and healthy goodness and is better than any other that I've tried before. I also was able to do half acai and half Pitaya, as suggested by the representative at the register, and I'm so happy that I did because those flavors together are incredible!“

“Betty is one of my favorite ladies to see in the morning here! I normally get there between 05:00-05:30 right when they open and she always has a smile on even though it is the crack of dawn! She knows the customers and their orders and she is just amazing when she is in the drive through! She keeps things going!“

“went in today and was basically yelled out by the gal behind the counter when i did not hear her ask what size coffee i wanted( it’s tough when your staff mumbles ) … i will not be going back . i don’t go into coffee shops to get yelled at by the staff . the place is not as good now under this new ownership .. baked goods not at yummy as before and staff is lackluster.“

I've had a few recent visits at that specific Starbucks where I walked away very sad at what had transpired there with some staff and drink issues. With you, from my first couple of minutes talking outside as you washed the windows, I could feel your positive energy! It uplifted me ?. Then, inside, as I requested my drink, with you as the Barista, your kindness that followed with what you offered in addition was so unexpected and gratefully received. I've had people say & do things for me, during these past 6 months in Concord, and then I found out they were paid money to do it. This didn't feel like that. Important for me to say, loud & clear, to other staff/other restaurants who might read this and be offered money to copy her approach: Don't. I'll say: "no, thanks". And...this review better not cause problems for her by those jealous. If it does, RJ, find me. They will deal with me. You've got me by your side...always. “Stopped in for the first time to check them out as I was looking for a desert for our New Years day dinner that would be extra special ...well I certainly found that and my new FAVORITE bakery!!!!! Amazing raspberry mousse cake!!! Amazing rasberry lemon whoppie pies!!! Amazing pumpkin and apple tarts!!! Super inconsistent drinks that never taste the way they should. I've been here 3 times since it's opened and every time both mine and my husband's drinks have been not right. It's not that they are making the wrong drink but the proportions are way off. The pink drinks come out bright, neon pink from too much strawberry refresher and the iced mochas vary from way too much chocolate to not enough. The staff are polite but it also takes a long time to get your order. I know this is a new location so I'm not giving up on them yet and will change my review if/when my opinion changes.“
