“I was going to go to Starbucks to try something from their Christmas menu today but I had such a bad experience there last time from several employees that in a split second I decided I would go to Dunkin instead. I tried the Signature Cookie Latte and was met with a very pleasant employee at the drive through window. She asked me how I was doing and it felt very intentional which I appreciated. They were fast and the gentleman who gave me my drink made sure I had a straw and also said, ‘’Have a great day!’’ It’s really the simple things like this that show me whoever is managing and hiring at this location is aware how important customer service skills are. The employees are pleasant and generally happy, which is RARE to find at many establishments these days. This experience alone will make me come back again to this location. Not to mention the drink was delicious and very well made!!! Well done, Dunks!! 10/10!“
“My visits always range from wait times but I see how busy they are and what seems to me like understaffed. I just want the employee Mike to know I see him working hard and appreciate him getting my order quick when I was gunna be late for work. I see what your doing back there so thank you again and I hope you see this“

“A very friendly environment, the staff are really nice even if they just had a lot of people rushing to get in and get out.They usually always have my donut that I always get and my boyfriend says they make his coffee really good as well. Don't really have any complaints to be honest.
Parking: This Dunkin Donuts shares a parking lot with speedway, a gas station that's connected to Dunkin Donuts.They usually are not to bad for parking just depends on how busy they both get.“
“HEATHERRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!! Ok, Dunkin Donuts has its issues, we can all agree on that... HOWEVER!!!, every now and then you get an employee that goes above and beyond to make things right (which is how it used to be, and should STILL be..) Heather at the Crystal Ave location is THAT employee. Thank you Heather, for being that person, you rock!“
