“The restaurant went through a management ownership change sometime back.
The food is decent though the sauces are a bit watery & salty, probably how most of its customers like it, not being one.
Prices have increased but still relatively reasonable.
Portion size is still decent as well.
Ma Po tofu is not on the menu but is available as an entree & have to ask for it.
Parking is ok but the local traffic stinks especially when leaving.“

“Plentiful servings of dinner meals. The shrimp and broccoli was very good, with 11 shrimp and tons of broccoli. Good flavor and tender shrimp.
The pork dumplings are ample portions with a 6 count. Triple meat, chicken, beef and pork with veggies was good in a brown sauce. Nice people who run the store.“

“I always love coming to the Pink Bamboo. The servers are so kind, the owner is amazing, and the quality of ingredients is perfect. I always leave here so incredibly full and happy. We’ve been coming here for at least 4-5 years and no other hot pot can compete. They may have a smaller selection of broths, but it’s worth it for the quality. “Kim Lai is our favorite Chinese restaurant. We have been going there, often with friends, about once a week for years and just love the place. The food is delicious and the portions are very generous. The staff is great and we have such a good time with them. We utilize their take-out service for large family gatherings during the holidays. We strongly recommend Kim Lai and in fact will be going again tonight. The boneless spareribs and hot and sour soup are Daane's favorite appetizers, followed up by exploring the many different dishes on the menu. We think you will enjoy Kim Lai!“

“Delicious food, especially the hot and spicy bean curd with pork, vegetable moo shi, Szechuan lo mein and combo plates. Great portions too! Definitely shareable. Hard disagree with the comments about the service- they’re not rude here at all. It’s a classic Chinese American takeaway for your comfort cravings.“

“The food is great. The kung pao chicken has large chunks of chicken ( not so common) I mean chicken nuggets sized . The Fried Dumplings are massive and always cooked perfect. Crab rangoon, Beef Teriyaki always very good and portions are great. Wendy is the Best. Knows my order before I do. Seriously Jade 3 can’t be beat. Nit really for sit down dining, they have a couplevtable if you want to. I drive from Hampton to amesbury everytime I want Chinese food because the food is so good. I’m not sure why they make Wendy eat out of a dog dish?!“
