“I used to live down the street from this place years ago. When I moved away I searched and searched to find a place even modestly comparable....Spoiler Alert....no such place exists. I recently moved back into town, and nothing has changed here for the better. It remains the most delicious and fresh Chinese food I've had in years!! I am so glad to be back within driving distance!!“

“Fu Hing's is singularly the BEST Chinese food in the area, and I have had just about all of them from Newburyport to Boston. I have been desperate for decent takeout since I moved to Massachusetts from NYC, and most of what I've tried within a 40-minute drive from my house has been inedible. Fu Hing's is 8 minutes from me and everything they make is delicious. Special shout-out to their egg rolls, lo mein, and dumplings. I literally cannot believe how much better the food was than anywhere else in a 50 mile radius.“

“I come from Lowell where there is Chinese food all over the place. To find a chi a star reminds me of home. Also my daughter has an egg allergy along with other items. They must have written down on a note next to our phone number about the allergy because they mentioned it before we did. They had no problem being extra cautious preparing my daughter's plate. My favorite is the Appetizer Lunch or Dinner, you pick 3 and can add extra ones for a modest price. It's a mini PuPu platter with none of the things you don't want. “got takeout, went home and egg foo yong had no gravy on it. Called them up and told them about that. Not even two minutes later the woman called back and stated that's the way they make it! I have had this numerous times and there was always brown gravy on it and in container! She was very argumentative. For that reason , we will not be going back! DO BETTER!“

“It is basically a take out place with a few tables of you want to eat there. I always get a luncheon or dinner plate for myself unless I’m having my son and his family over then I order off the menu.
I love egg foo young and they give you 2 omelets instead of one .
My husband got the beef and broccoli and he said the beef was tender .
And we got an egg roll for a apppetizer.
You can’t go wrong with the luncheon and dinner plates . While I waiting for my order about 5 people came in and did a pick up and that was 12:30 pm“

“I had a great experience at Grand 38! The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is excellent, and you can really tell they care about their customers. God is truly wonderful, and I’m thankful for such a great place to spend time.

“I've been wanting to try this place for a long time. I've always heard great things. Today i stopped in and got the best hot & sour soup I've had in 30 years. I'm talking nearly perfect. I also got a chicken yaki udon noodle and id give it a 9/10. Great bouncy noodles with plenty of flavor and no shortage of chicken and veggies. I cannot wait to try more from this place. I'm coming from tewksbury and it's totally worth the drive.“

“This place is a diamond in the rough. The service was great. Our server was very attentive and the food is always so fresh and delicious. The oils they fried our shrimp and spring rolls with tasted fresh also. I don’t live in the area and have this when I’m down sometimes. But today I thought to myself I would drive the almost two hours just to eat here because I know I would be happy. The drinks are also very good.“

“I've been going here for over 10 years. I love the crab rangoon. And all the food. But , they must spend a fortune in printing menus because they always charge you more than what the menu says and then they tell you that the menu is old. I'm posting a picture of two menus that I just got in the past month. Another picture is what I just got online, I took a screenshot. And it also says that the menu was updated 2 days ago. So if the menu was updated two days ago and as you can see in the picture it says $10 minimum for Visa or MasterCard. When I get there she says it's a $15 minimum for Visa or MasterCard. So she charges me an extra dollar. Besides the fact, that I was charged more than the price of the menu I just got last week. And she says don't you have any cash? I said no. She always asks for cash. And then she up charges me. She's a little tiny lady with a sweet little voice. But also a very big scam artist. I always support local businesses. But I do not support you taking my hard earned money out of my pocket. And then saying oh well. After over 10 years I'm done. There's plenty of other places to go. If you try to call her out on her scamming, she say to leave now. I don't need that kind of drama.“

“I got the szechuan style lo mein noodles, it wasn’t spicy and had chicken, beef and shrimp with chillie peppers seasoning in it. It was tasty but I wouldn’t eat their shrimp again. Also the portions are good with most plates, and the prices are normal.

“Overall a very tasty, affordable, and reliable spot. Their fried rice is fantastic and most of their dishes are super flavorful. I will say the soups (lack flavor) and tempora (batter is way too thick) isn't to my liking but the rest of their stuff being so good makes it not that important. Their sushi is also quite good.“

“This place isn’t really sit down and dine, more of a takeout spot. I recommend getting the order D8; it’s a plate with great amount of portions they really don't leave out! I have tried a couple other places in the local area close to Mei Hoo and my crab rangoons had barely any filling, disappointing of course. This is not just another Chinese restaurant but rather a customer oriented premium Chinese restaurant operated by people that care!“
