“I didn't mark atmosphere because I mostly do delivery. The food is always fresh, generous portions and comes quickly. I recently ordered the new chicken Parmesan with fettuccine. I can't have cream so I called and asked them to switch it for marinara which they did. They were great about it and the food was delicious. The chicken was a very thick and juicy piece, the bread crumb coating was perfect. I wish you had the option to do this on their website but that's corporate's fault, not the chain or franchise. I used to be a restaurant manager for a chain, I know how this works. I would love to see more options for those of us who have dietary restrictions though. Everything is slathered with cream and cheese, EVERYTHING. Not just this restaurant, it's everywhere. It's so difficult for someone like me to eat out. But they were very nice on the phone and willing to switch it out for me with no issues. I have ordered from this location many times and will continue to do so. The food is always great.“

“We were at the Hooksett store on Saturday evening (February 4th.) There was an incident that requied the evacuation and closure of the restaurant. In the process of leaving the restaurant I dropped my phone. One of the hostesses or managers (I think her name was Lilly) went back inside to find it for me. Thank you very much to the restaurant staff and management; you were very professional and went above and beyond.“

The staff was helpful and pleasant, but finding a wheelchair-accessible table for our party of three took some work — we actually had to ask seated guests to switch tables. Because of that, I’d say it’s not ideal for wheelchair users during peak hours. Once we were settled, though? The food was fantastic! Healthy and hearty with big flavors and fresh ingredients. I had the Caprese Salad and the West Coast Club… The Caprese Salad was bright, fresh, and loaded with juicy tomatoes, mozzarella, fresh basil, and a perfect drizzle of balsamic. The West Coast Club was stacked high with turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce, and tomato — served on toasted bread. A satisfying mix of creamy, smoky, and fresh.
