I don't usually write up fast food places. Was getting hangry while at the Outlets and hit China Max at the food court. Had orange chicken and General Tao Chicken on lo mein noodles. Both Orange and The General were good with nice flavor and a little heat. The lo mein noodles were really good and the reason for 4 stars. The cheese wonton were rectangular versus the usual pinched wrapper shape. But the result is there was a lot of cheese filling. Could have been crisper.
A three entries plate around 10 dollars is a good price. The chicken is very tasty. The beef is very juicy. But the fried noodles taste quite plain and not good. A pretty good fast food lunch overall. And the service lady is very nice.

I always appreciate the typical mall Chinese take out food. In hindsight, I shouldn't have played it safe because the General's chicken was good, but the orange chicken my cousin chose was better. Also, I like the crab rangoon as well (he should have gotten more for me to steal from). If you are ordering from the options right in front of you, it's obviously faster. On the other hand, please be patient if ordering outside of that, the staff is doing the best they can. Saw a woman...read full review
