“I come in just about every morning on my way to work just to get a plain bagel with cream cheese. I recently started doing mobile orders so I don't have to wait as long. The app for the most part works great. Everyone on the team is always very nice and I never have an issue. It may seem small to some people but going to grab a bagel makes my day and I get points and rewards on the app. Shout out to Daija she rocks“

“I have been coming to the dunks for an extremely long time, but just recently, at night time, the refreshers have had a weird, almost plastic taste to them. I have tried them with green and black tea, and they both seem to have a very odd flavor to them that I am not experiencing at other locations.“

“The only downfall to this Dunks is the wait... We waited inside for 20 minutes... Literally... The concern was the drive through. If I would have known that I would have used the drive through. “I have been to at least 10 different Dunkin donuts, all the way from Manchester NH, to Massachusetts, to nashua all multiple times && 9/10 times I have to bring my coffee which is just a small French vanilla iced coffee with five creams and five sugars melted back inside to have it remade, && I just went to this Dunkin donuts on Amherst st, && yes I waited a little longer at the window then usual for just one coffee, but it is AWESOME!!! So many days I've been disappointed going to Dunkin donuts && this place just made my coffee the best I've had in over 2 months so just wanted to say thank you for that!!“

“We love "the ladies at Dunkin," especially our pup! This location is wonderful and lightning fast, plus there is always a special treat for the four-legged customers (provided by the staff out of their own pockets). We drive past two other locations to get here <3“
