“They were out of roast beef which was a major bummer, however the guy was very apologetic and super kind. I ended up trying their homemade meatball which he said was his grandmother's recipe. It was very tasty, I will be back for the roast beef though!“
“I wish I had taken my service name but I did not. She was excellent! Friendly very accommodating and you could tell she loved her job. The food was exceptional sell it was fresh and delicious bread was hot and my eggplant parmesan with angel hair pasta was excellent. I haven't gone to the Olive Garden in years but I hope to go back very soon. Keep up the good work.“
“Best soup in the world. You can get cold soup to take and they have dinners too. At least once a week I come here for lunch and get a broccoli & cheddar soup with some hot toasty bread and a soda. I pay less than 15 bucks and it's incredible. They are cash only but have an atm inside. Service is always sweet & fast. Collins always gets 5 stars.“

The lok lak was also very yummy and after trying a few different places in Lowell this seemed to have the best quality and price for sure! Big chunks of meat! Great owner! He’s super nice!“
“Excellent overall experience visiting Lobster Boat Restaurant.Good treatment from employees and other customers. It is a cozy place to visit with a family with a variety menu. The food taste was excellent, the portions of each plate balanced, and the prices for the seafood were also adequate. Ella was our server, and she took with patience our order. Our party consists of 6 adults, 2 children. And all the orders were served correctly. My lobster corn chowder in a bread bowl was delicious, and the bread crispy. This means that you can eat it from top to bottom, where I did completely. The fisherman's appetizer was awesome.Definitely, we are going to return soon and invite you to do so.“

“We loved the place, the food was delicious, the portion sizes were very generous, the prices were on the lower side compared to other towns closer to Boston. The owner even us the dish for free (they had chicken something (nuggets, or skewers) special, and they wanted us to try it, and it was very delicious. We were visiting Lowell cotton museum on a snowy January Sunday, thus we wanted to eat inside. We were the only ones inside, but there were so many people coming in to pick up their orders, so I figured we made the right choice for lunch, this place must be popular among locals. Next time we are in Lowell again, we'll make sure to come back Osawa!“
“1/21/24 - went here tonight and the meal was so so. My squash and potatoes had to be returned to the kitchen for reheating twice and they did not come back overly hot. I suspect their microwave was not working correctly. The service was a little slow given the few customers visiting the restaurant.My family and I have been here countless times over many years. I could count the number of bad meals on one hand. TBones is one of those good places, not super fancy. Prices are decent, what is cheap these days. My only price complaint is the steak prices, a little high if you ask me. I am sure you would get a great steak, but $40 for prime rib seems too rich for my blood. Then again, I am a cheap guy. Anyway, I would recommend the chicken parm. Cheaper than steak, but still good.“

They also really listened to me on the phone when I specified one particular dietary item, because it arrived perfectly and precisely at the time given.They’ve more than earned my loyal business, and only wish I had 10 stars to give. “Best Crab Rangoon around!! Add General Tso’s Chicken & Pork Fried rice along with maybe some beef Teriyaki or Beef with Broccoli for some great takeout. They don’t really do sit down service anymore but their food is the focus. Delicious and served by a hard-working family. “Don’t forget the sauce” : )“
