The food menu was really diverse and the couple of appetizers we ordered were outrageously good! Poutine & Italian nachos- generous portions, great flavor and truly enjoyed to the last bite! “It was a super chill meal with very comfortable seating. The service was great, and the food was prepared rather quickly. The food itself was quite tasty (They have a pretty decent steak!), but not too remarkable. Additionally, they had a small selection of Mexican dishes, which adds some variety to the menu. Overall, a pretty good classic American grill with great staff and a nice atmosphere.“

The food was amazing, staff was fantastic and the views for picture taking were beautiful. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Covered Bridge, I would recommend this hidden gem to anyone. “I’ve only been to Newfoundland Lake Inn a few times. I’ve only just discovered it this year. i’ve eaten once in the dining room. I loved the view. We sat at the window overlooking the porch and the lake. I thought the food was exceptional. I’ve been to the Sunday brunch twice. It’s like being on a cruise ship with all the variety anyone could ask for from fruit to several kinds of eggs, etc. there was even an omelette chef making anything you could possibly want. I had lunch with friends on the deck. They were umbrellas if we wanted shade. oh yes, I attended an evening in the barn outback. Elvis was in the building. I really don’t have a single complaint. I would recommend newfound Lake Inn for casual or special evening with friends.“

“My Wife and I had a fantastic stay at The Manor. We stayed in the Oxford room and it was beautifully appointed... Set up perfectly for a nice romantic getaway for our anniversary... Brian, one of the owners, wanted to inform us about certain things happening to schedule our dinner for maximum service. (Another wedding party was there.) We Had Dinner on Saturday and it was Appointed with a great Steak Tart-Tar (Something I have never had before,) Salads and a beautifully presented Main Course... Breakfast was included in the mornings... The Pub was a nice little quiet place to have a quick drink before dinner... I should have taken more advantage of Brian's Concierge Sevice as I spoke to another couple who did and he was able to get them a boat rental and recommended many other great things to them so take advantage of Brian's Knowledge of the area and people he knows... I know I will when we come back... The Views are spectacular from the upper rooms. While ours did not have that great a view, we were there to really enjoy each other for our anniversary and relax with no kids... And It was wonderful... I highly recommend this wonderful hidden gem...“
