“We went to Lucky Dragon at the last minute, ordered two meals to go. Literally 5 minutes later we had our meals at a very fair price. When we got back to our motel room the food was steaming hot, generous and wicked delicious. Exceptional service and food quality.“

When it wasn't there when expected, I checked my order, and saw that I checked pick up. I called, and explained. The man on the phone was more than helpful. “Decent option for large portion lunch specials.

Been in Lowell quite a bit lately and stopped by twice to try their lunch specials. Both times, I was the only person dining in, though there were a few takeout orders going out. The owner was super friendly and while the restaurant seemed like a single man operation, everything came out quick.

The food. The portions for most dishes were easily double what I’d expected from a typical appetizer/ lunch specials. Unfortunately, the overall quality was subpar. Some small plates, like the spare ribs, were clearly reheated in the microwave, and the excess moisture from the thawing process was clearly visible on the bottom of the plate. General Tso’s chicken had thick and soggy breading and very little meat, which made it a carb-heavy bite. Since it had been fried and frozen beforehand, it tasted almost identical to one of those frozen Chinese chicken plates from grocery stores. Thankfully, the pork belly dishes held better even after freezing. Both the garlic chili pork belly and the double cooked pork belly were genuinely enjoyable.

Overall, better than food-court Chinese, but not quite on par with average Boston Chinese restaurants. Lowell’s Chinese food scene is pretty underwhelming, so it might be worth a stop if you’re looking for an inexpensive yet filling meal.“

“I really enjoyed the atmosphere and was pleasantly surprised by their portion sizes and prices. I have a gluten allergy and was elated to see their attentiveness and preparedness when it came to their options regarding my meal. Regarding their menu they're able to substitute the flour used with a gluten free one, enabling me to have Chinese dishes I haven't had in years.“

“This Chinese restaurant is a hidden gem. I like to think of myself as a bit of an egg roll connoisseur, and this restaurant truly has one of the greatest egg rolls in the Middlesex and Essex county. Crispy, delicious, not seaweedy, extremely full. The crab Rangoon was amazingly crispy on the outside and perfectly creamy on the inside. The pork in the pork fried rice tasted moiste and fresh and not dried like it's bean sitting all day, light on the soy sauce so you can add youre own as preference. The beef teriyaki was also moist and tender and didn't get stuck between my teeth like the usual beef teriyaki does.

Based on this order I will be getting Chinese food from this restaurant any time im near it and want some, and I suggest you do too.

My favorite is the Appetizer Lunch or Dinner, you pick 3 and can add extra ones for a modest price. It's a mini PuPu platter with none of the things you don't want. Everyone in my office LOVES this place. We stopped ordering from the local well known place, both have excellent food, but again, love the options and price.“

Another notable characteristic is the consistency, you can expect the same quality every single time. Seems to be a small family run place. The young children are always at the business. Very efficient in their timing, never have to wait on the food when we go pick it up.

“I got the szechuan style lo mein noodles, it wasn’t spicy and had chicken, beef and shrimp with chillie peppers seasoning in it. It was tasty but I wouldn’t eat their shrimp again. Also the portions are good with most plates, and the prices are normal.

After 2nd delay I called lucky panda to see if the order was finished and it was. I informed the girl on the phone that I would be there in 15 mins to pick it up because grub hub had now delayed our order for the third time. And wouldn't be here until 730 after an initial 630 delivery eta. We informed grub hub to return our delivery fees as we would be picking up our order. 10 mins into my drive lucky panda called and said grub hub had just picked up our food and they were trying to save me a hassle which i greatly appreciated. Lucky panda exceeded our customer service expectations and we will be definitely be going back because even though grub hub delivered the food late and some of it was cold it was still tasty after heating it up. Thanks again to the staff for trying to help us out tonite.“
