“This is one of the best locations, and I've never had any issues. The staff is always so kind, the food is always fresh, my order is correct, and I never feel like they skimped on ingredients. I would rather drive from Newburyport to this location than go to the one down the street from me.“

“Last night we had dinner at the Purple Urchin and had a great experience. We were seated by a very nice young lady in a window seat, which was awesome.

Then we were greeted by Noah, who was very pleasant. He took our order, smiled, and so friendly. THANK YOU!!

We ordered a beer, Coconut shrimp, lobster Rangoon's, and pretzel bites. Everything was PERFECT!! We cleaned the plates for sure.

“Download the Panera Bread app to save $. It is why I came here for lunch. As another Google Maps reviewer wrote, it is Panera Bread food. I like it and my kids like the mac and cheese.
The parking 🅿️ lot took a little getting use to. It does not connect to Port Plaza. There is a drive through here.
I had the You Pick Two with Ciabbatta Cheese Steak 🥩 and French Onion 🧅 Soup 🍲. Both were okay 🆗 but the soup had very little cheese 🧀 added. Other Panera Bread 🍞 franchises I have visited add more. I ordered a bag of chips and a Agave Lemonade for my drink.
The inside was in good condition and someone was wiping down tables. Wifi available. A small fireplace is inside.
I would eat here again.“
