“I have been here a bunch of times. Cookies are really good but really sweet so most people (like myself) can't have more than a few bites at a time. I think the creativity of the cookies switching up each week is cool along with them having a wide selection like the cakes, ice cream, and the warm and cold cookies. The smell in the shop as well is nice with a cookie smell. The cookies are almost always warm when we get them. If you have the app, you get rewards as well which is nice. I think the only reason why it is a 4 star and not 5 is because some of the cookies taste the same and way to sweet for the average human.“

“We just happened to be in the area, looking for baked goods. Decided to try this spot and we are so glad we did. The baked goods are the prefect level of sweetness. The cakes are lovely, the frosting was perfect. We tried this almond tart that was delightful. The owners and the staff are all delightful, helpful, and friendly. Next time we're close to Methuen, we will certainly return.“

“The Baby Shower cake was superb. Everyone asked where we bought it. I told them about your move from Salem on Rt 28 to Windham, everyone had a generous slice and took extra home with them. The taste, was above many other cakes I have ever bought other places. We were very pleased with the choice made to order the cake from your establishment. Thank you very much! “We got our wedding cake from Chickadee Hill for our August 2024 wedding at Birch Wood Vineyards! We ordered the berries & cream and spice cake with apple filling for our tiered cakes and both flavors were delicious. We shared some inspiration photos and our florist’s proposal with Chickadee and they created such a stunning cake that perfectly matched our wedding florals. I highly recommend booking Chickadee Hill for your wedding cake!“

“First time having BEACH PIZZA AND I'M ADDICTED!!!!!! What a super thin crunchy crust, lightly saused, and definitely ask for double cheese which is, mozzarella and slices of provolone cheese 🧀. Fantastic!!! Was there at 3 PM and there was a line out the door plus the phone was ringing off the hook!! Definitely call before you go. They say that the sauce is sweet but to me, it's perfect 👌 👍!!! Worth trying at least once in your life. Plus they have an Italian bakery in house that's superb 👌 😋 👏 👍 😀 😄 👌!!“

“Found this place thanks to my son and his wife. You pick out your cookies via computer which even l could understand since I'm not computer savvy! Pay right there and cookies are good to go. Cookies are very big tasty and chewy. In fact one cookie cut into 4 is equal to four cookies. Love this place“

“I want to give 5 stars but they discontinued the jalapeno pretzel and that was not only MY favorite but MANY friends favorite as well. It's understandable if y'all don't sell them very often, but I suggest still keeping a jar on hand for fans like me (even though I preferred the jalapenos cooked IN the pretzel)“
“The Tres Leche Bizcocho/3’s Milk Cake is undeniably delicious, I’ve eaten plenty of Tres Leche cake because I have never had one before that killed that craving and had the right touch of sweetness, nicely baked cake, the right amount of sweet milk and the most edible whipped frosting. It’s a must for me to have and deliciously enjoy each and every time.“
