“The staff are all kind, helpful, accommodating, and genuinely there to make your evening perfect. Chris the hostess was wonderful, as well as the many servers who all willingly supported Gary, the owner, to provide the best service and culinary experience possible for his dinner guests. The menu is one of the best we have seen in the area with many international dishes, some with the labor intensive Indian nuances, and others just with downright phenomenal flavors. Although they have lots of standard fare for the UNadventurous eater, I would suggest you reach past your comfort zone and try some of the appetizers that jump out as potential winners...like the tuna tartare that with just a splash of Japanese Rice wine vinegar would be one of the best I have ever had, as well as the grilled Tandoori shrimp that is marinated in yogurt, ginger, cloves nutmeg, and dried mango; the grilled lamp chops that come with three perfectly grilled meaty garlicky chops that come with mango chutney, and the Haryali chicken Tikka- three huge plump boneless breast of chicken slices that are marinated in mint, yogurt, roasted cloves, green cardamom and star anise, and served with their famous tiger sauce and salsa. We also shared another marinated shredded beef dish special that had three beef croquette-shaped mounds that had such a umami of flavors I can't even replicate it in this review, but we thought it was just great. I would be remiss if I did not mention the creamy, silky crème brûlée that we enjoyed with a glass of Prosecco; a perfect encore to the phenomenal culinary treat we had just experienced with the appetizer medley. Sharing many apps is more fun we think, than committing to one big entree, so we suggest that you dash over to the Pittstown Inn TONIGHT, and tell them Debbie and Gene sent you....ask to meet Gary, the owner, who elegantly floats from table to table, touching each to greet them and to check later on as well to see if everything was to their liking. A true host from days gone by, this owner is the real deal whose passion for the hospitality business emulates from his constant smile from the joy he is getting from making his guests happy. You see that what fuels this man to keep opening his doors from year to year, despite the many hardships and setbacks life has dealt us all over and over, is his love for you, his loyal customer. He is a rare find, so I suggest you go and treat yourself to the real deal in dining. You will not be disappointed, and be sure to ask to meet Gary. He will make your visit complete. “WOW drove a half hour to come here and when I pulled up, I was not expecting much. But then you walk inside and it’s not what you would expect !!! Top that with the upper management being supportive and reactive if you need to speak with them and you want to share that with anyone who wants to listen. “Most people see diners and get melancholy for the same bland and boring food, but that is where I will challenge you. Today, I was served the most flavorful dishes from any diner I have been to in my life. I will admit it was a very pleasant surprise and a very wholesome experience. The portion sizes were nice, they didnt overload the plates to make up for poor flavor, nor was it so exquisite that you had a simple morsel. All in all, the food was very well done showing both love of the food and the love of serving. As for the atmosphere, nothing too complex but nothing too simple, it showed a small piece of history from Clinton allowing for immersion and a peaceful environment. The waitress we had was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu as well as quick and precise with our requests!
All in all this restaurant has been put on my "visit again very soon" list. Such a pleasant experience and I'm excited for my next meal here.“

“I cannot recommend this venue enough. The property is absolutely breathtaking, and the Silo and Grand Ballroom are stunning. We got married outside near the gazebo and had our reception in the Silo and every guest I talked to mentioned how beautiful the Farmhouse is. The Silo is by far the most unique and beautiful room I’ve been in for an event. Most importantly, everyone kept talking about how delicious the food was! Our guests raved about the cocktail hors d'oeuvres and their dinners.

As a bride, I thoroughly enjoyed working with the event planning team and day-of staff. Gina and Liz were an absolute pleasure working with. They were so helpful in answering my questions, giving advice, and making sure the day was a success. My bridal attendants were fabulous too. Myrna made sure everyone got what they needed in the morning, that everyone was fed, and that the mimosas were flowing. Lorraine was a godsend for the afternoon. She was by my side throughout photos, cocktail hour, and the reception and helped wherever she was needed. I need a Lorraine in my day-to-day life. Finally, Monique was amazing and went out of her way to make sure everyone got what they needed. She also took special care of my grandmother and made sure she got a drink when she needed one and tried every cocktail hour dish.

All in all, the Farmhouse was the perfect place to get married. Several of our guests said that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to as the food, the staff, and venue were fantastic. I would choose the Farmhouse over and over again.“

They're always open, they're nice as can be, and they're serving you hot food and cold drinks from a floating storefront that is subject to the whims of the Delaware river. “We stopped in for an early dinner after a visit to a local winery. What a great little place! Food was delicious and came out hot and fresh! I had the steak frites, the steak was a perfect medium rare and even the green beans were cooked perfect and hot. My wife ordered the fish and chips and was impressed with the tender meatiness of the cod. The batter was crisp and hot without overwhelming the freshness of the fish. This was our first time here so just beware no cocktails or beer it is BYOB only but well worth a visit.“

“It's Applebee's. The food is ok, presents well, but is chain food. it hit the spot for me and the kids after Dorney Park. Kyra, our server, was very nice. Service: Yes, it's a seat yourself. It could take some time for someone to bring you the menu and take your order. Like, 10 minutes to 15 minutes wait. However, the customer service was excellent.
Atmosphere: I liked the window booths as I could enjoy the natural light and view what's going on outside while enjoying my meal.
I tipped because how pleased I was during my visit. I'm an OTR driver from Memphis, TN. I'm going to save this place on Google maps so I can visit again.“
