“I visited this place yesterday with my wife on the way back from a soccer game. We ordered one protein shake and a peach shake. Both of these drinks were delicious and fulfilling. They generally serve drinks in two sizes. We ordered the smaller size. The place is run by 2 very passionate and warm host.“

Highly recommend this place to BJJ guys post training and when you want to sit down with friends and enjoy a good meal. They even have games in some of the locations to enjoy a good time. 10/10“

“We had a family dinner at Rockin Roots as the kick off to an event filled weekend. We wanted something more casual and fun with an elevated twist. We worked with Mike and he came up with a perfect menu to make our picky kids and adult foodies happy. When we arrived the table was set and delicious appetizers were ready to go!!
