gross we checked in and yhe woman at the front desk was short and said we had to take what room we got even though we booked a king room and they gave it away. 1st room had blood and pubes left on and under the toilet seat. we went back down and she ended up serving us again. when I tried to show her she said "I don't want to see that" told us if we still wanted a king room to come back down tomorrow try earlier and we might get what we paid for. reminded me why I haven't been...read full review
