“Great sushi place. It's a very small restaurant that could only hold a few tables. Food is great. I did take out here because it was much quicker. I would come back again for the sushi rolls. There is plenty of parking in the lot. There are great lunch specials here. Food came quick as soon as I ordered. You can free the sushi chef making the food from the front door. It was good to see them creating the food.“

The service was great, everything was brought out so quickly and all at once (did not love that part, though). The restaurant is a small place. Atmosphere was good/okay. “For my family, this is where the highest quality and best prepared ‘Japanese flavors and Asian-inspired dishes [lives] in the heart of Red Bank, NJ’. First restaurant I thought of recently when in dire need of a comforting and safe meal that was both familiar and yet exciting at the same time. If I was to embody Remy the Rat from Disney Pixar’s ‘Ratatouille’, this would be my ‘Gusteau’s’. My culinary sanctuary. For many, asian cuisine is seen as a last minute idea and has been portrayed in media as the ‘take-out go to’ which often flattens and stereotypes the flavors and experiences associated with the cuisine. To me, this restaurant is more than a last minute decision. It feels like a homemade meal just for you, dine-in or takeout.“

I liked it better than sushi that cost 3x as much, everything was really fresh and the special rolls were really creative combinations, we had the Krusty Krab roll and the Black Angel Roll and were blown away. The fried rice had a really great flavor too, a sign of a great chef to make fried rice memorable!! We eat sushi a lot and I've never felt so strongly about a place that I went and wrote a review, this is really something special!!“

“In town for an event, 8 of us went out for dinner. Everything was so delicious, the 3 of us still in town the next day went back the next night for round two.I personally enjoyed the Red Curry Chicken and Beef Pad Thai. Especially of note is their General Tso's Chicken which was ordered both nights, as it is mostly chicken, not cheap breading like a lot of other places. The Shrimp Shumi were also reordered on day two. The prices were completely reasonable as well. I would 100% return to this restaurant for round three.

Parking: Parking was easy as not a lot of people were there when we were, however I could see it getting crowded when busy.

“Ginza is hands down one of the best spots for sushi in the area. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and the presentation was on point. The all you can eat menu is a huge plus with tons of options, and everything comes out quick without sacrificing quality. The staff was super friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to regularly.“
