“Staff was friendly and accommodating for our group needs. The selection of different vendors for food was nice. It’s a very spacious area, the bar is big has plenty of room to sit and with many tables around not had to be comfortable while have a drink or something to eat. Really had a good time while there and will definitely go back again!“

“I was with a friend to grab dinner. We ate from different places, she found a jerk place where she got a Rasta Pasta with oxtail, she said it was a bit spicy but really good. I actually did buy a beef patty with coco bread from there to take home. I ate from Fat Fowl where you only go if you are treating yourself because some of the things are a bit pricey. I got the grilled oxtail sandwich which is fantastic with fries. The sandwich was $25 and adding the fries was $5 which wasn't to crazy. I wanted the fried plantain but I couldn't get myself to pay $12 for a side of them. I also wanted a Shandy which you don't really get outside at eateries like that but it was $6 and I know I could get it at the Bodega near home for $ 3 or less. So we got frozen drinks instead at another stand where I felt better spending more because it was frozen and had alcohol in it. There was enough seating and the bathroom was nearby. Nice evening out. Eating out is really a luxury now in 2026.“

“Three of us came here for dinner on a Friday night. We were seated right away. The hostess and waiter (Eric), as well as the other waitstaff, were very professional and friendly. We ordered the kimchi sunchoke croquettes, drunken king oyster mushroom, salted egg potato wedges, chili smoked squid, truffle dirty rice and the fried platter. The sunchoke croquettes, drunken king oyster mushroom, and chili smoked squid were standouts. The Kaohsiung and Hsinchu cocktails were delicious.“

“I went to Olives restaurant between 4 and 4:30 there was a young man (blond hair and a cap) who was so nice to me I was sick and needed to take an Alka-Seltzer he gave me some water in a cup for free I say this because I went to 2 other restaurants across and next door to Olives and they wouldn't help me Young man I will see you again and I will forever be grateful you saved me from what I thought was going to be an ambulance ride THANK YOU“

“This place is pretty nice. There are lots of tables and chairs and it is very spacious. The staff are kind and understanding. The atmosphere is also just lovely. I wish that they had water fountains and a restroom, though (I could not find them).“

Beet salad, a total winner fora starter I had the Branzino, which was wonderful and what made it even better was their willingness to swap out the “normal“ vegetables with the ratatouille style. “Great spot in Chinatown with lots of food options all in one place! We tried the handmade dim sum and the three-meat over rice, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The roasted meats were juicy, and the dim sum was especially good. I also love that it’s a no-tipping restaurant. “Great place for food and a place to chill. There are outlets for phones or laptops. I had the Sakura Latte. It was powder with mostly water. Maybe milk or the powder had milk powder in it. Not a fan but I will try their other drink's. NY SoHo Coffee has an espresso machine. So maybe that will be better.

They have a bathroom all the way in the back. You need a code to get into it.

The claw machines were all shut down but 3. However the machines to buy tokens were not working. This was around 2:30 pm on a Wednesday. They may open later but there is no sign.“

“My job brought in Chef Samir's truck to cater a staff field day this month, and when I tell you it's the BEST lamb over couscous bowl I've ever had, please understand I mean that with my heart. Whole quartered tagine vegetables, squash and zucchini and carrots and potatoes; everything was so flavorful and the couscous perfect. The guys in the truck were incredibly friendly even while slinging food to hundreds of people. This is not your average street cart halal with a little lettuce and tomato on the side.“

“I was here last week for a food event/car show(?). The line and wait to get inside was not all too bad minus the stray rain showers that came down once in a while. Food was amazing but the venue itself was not well ventilated so I had to catch myself going outside after a short while.“

My kids absolutely love them and always beg to stop here during our mall visits. The food courts inside American dream is great, this stand in particular has really good tteokbokki, we got the one with king squid and it’s around 28$ with portions enough for two. Good thing we got mild cause it was spicy though where it wasn’t overpowering, recommend trying this place out“

“My eyeballs were bulging out at how much food chain choices there are at this food court! Bravo! So much fun to watch friends and families eat together happily at this place. Very clean and even though there’s a lot of traffic but it’s the good kind where most people interacts with each other during their meal and no drama. Just food and fun!“

“I walked down third Avenue today and decided to check out this atrium. The entrance is on 50th street. Inside it is multi level and seats on each area. Down to the left, there is a wall of water which creates a nice calming sound for people sitting around. There are a couple of food stalls, a barber shop, a shoe repair shop and several empty store fronts. Gyu Kaku, a Japanese BBQ restaurant on the second floor. It’s a very nice space but it needs more retail activity.“

“Wish I knew of this place earlier when more of the stalls were open. Visited today and only two were in operation sadly. IMO marketing could have been improved as I moved to the area (Hoboken) in 2020 and only noticed/heard of this place a few months ago while walking by as a new Jersey City resident. The name of it also sounds like just a restaurant instead of a food hall so it could probably benefit from a rebrand. If you look at the successful ones in other cities, e.g Chelsea Market in the city, Quincy Market in Boston, Union Market in DC, Reading Terminal Market in Philly, Ponce City and Krog street Markets in Atlanta they all kept it simple with the name. Those also are thriving either because they are in a high density tourist area or because they have dedicated parking available. This place would have done much better with dedicated available parking so people would have seen it as a destination. That said I get that perhaps, this was meant as more of a food court geared to catering to office workers like the Hugh in the city but there aren't nearly enough of these workers in JC for that. Hope it survives though and perhaps it will rebound when more of the development happening brings either new neighborhood residents or visitors (Top Golf rumored to be coming).“

“For some particular food items, it is a great deal on the amount given, and the quality is not bad but certainly not top end even for fast casual dining. The draw here is the wide variety of foods you can order at once, but that spread sort of takes away from the special quality of each individual type of items.“

“Food are surprisingly not bad. Ordered a poke bowl and Mrs D fried chicken. The fried chicken was juicy, and skin was crunchy and crispy though it is more of a dried spice type of chicken. There is a bench with 4 tiny tables for dine-up and 2 bathroom. Will definitely order again.“
