“My wife is an excellent baker, who usually makes my birthday cake for me. This year she couldn't, so I bought a cake from Antoinette Boulangerie. I'm a bakery snob. When I'm not eating homemade desserts, I only buy from the best bakeries in NYC and NJ. Antoinette Boulangerie is one of them.

The cake I bought was not pre-ordered; it was a ready-to-go cake for the day I called, which was my birthday. There were three that day: Red Velvet, Chocolate, Lemon-Raspberry. I chose the Lemon-Raspberry: lemon icing, vanilla cake, raspberry filling. It was FANTASTIC. The cake itself was perfectly moist, light and flavorful; the lemon icing was delicious and just the right amount of sweet, not too sweet; the raspberry filling was delicate. These are the signs of an excellent baker. In the past I've also had pastries from Antoinette, usually tarts and eclairs, and they've always been excellent.

My wife thought the cake was so good that she's considering appointing Antoinette Boulangerie as my official birthday baker.“

“This is a little mall area that has a plethora of shops and businesses. Not the place to go if you are looking for something of everything, but there’s a ShopRite here that is pretty good. Not a bad place if you live in the area. It is accessible and parking is OK, even on crowded weekends.“
