“I had the best experience at the Hanes Store in Tinton Falls. yesterday. A Diana took care of me. I am 88 and was having a problem getting fitted. She knows what she is doing and helped me pick out the bras. Since the pandemic there was nobody helping you. She was kind, helpful and I will remember her in my prayers. I ended up with three bras. Tonight I ordered a 4 pack to get delivered and within in the 2 minutes it took for me to get outside, raccoons stole 3/4
cookies. I ordered another one, telling them they got stolen bc i thought it was funny, and asked them to text me before arrival so it wouldn’t happen again lol.

“I just picked up a special order cake yesterday. I have used Matt previously at Flaky Tart and I trusted him to do a fantastic job again for my first time using his own shop. The cake was unquestionably good but what left a bad taste in my mouth was the service at pick up with a cake presented with a defect in the icing which was repaired without issue but absolutely zero assistance in getting a large cake to my car and positioned so not damaged.. completely and utterly frustrating to navigate on my own. I also found communication to be lacking despite trying to respect their request for email and “a prompt response” neither occurred.“

I just want to note their cust care! I had ordered a chocolate strawberry shortcake, 1 croissant, and I chocolate puff.
