“It is very hard to walk by a cinnabon without getting a treat. So addicting. The cinnamon rolls are great and the center of the roll cups are delicious too. It will give you a sugar rush but thats all good. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the caramel pecan cinnamon bun but can’t win them all.“

“Visited here on a recommendation from a couple of people and I am SO happy I did!!! I may or may not have waited 45 minutes as it was a holiday weekend (eek!) but with how delicious everything was I'd do it all over again. The store is small, so only a handful of people can comfortably fit in there at a time.

I got so many things because I was too excited. My must trys are the cream puffs, cinnamon roll, glazed croissants, and potato turnover (think croissant dough stuffed with samosa filling!!). The cardamom bun was lightly sweet and unique, similar to the warm spices of a chai. The only thing I was disappointed in was the chocolate chip cookie, which had a crunchy texture instead of a soft and chewy one, but that's personal preference.

Despite being incredibly busy the staff was kind, accommodating, and I never once felt like I was being rushed. They made sure to answer any questions I had about the pastries and baked goods.

“A few years ago, I began the search to find a good cake/baking supply store. Michaels is OK for last minute items but I wanted a “Go To” place. When I went to the internet, Shore Cake Supply was the 1st one to pop up. I live in North Jersey so it’s an hour or so drive for me BUT I drove there and had a “me” shopping spree. I’ve taken a class or two and even suggested to Jennifer that I wouldn’t be opposed to her opening a second location in North Jersey 😉. All I can say is just go there. You WON’T be disappointed. “What better day to visit the Macaroon Shop than on National Macaroon Day?!?!
This bakery has been around for years - since 1930! The workers were friendly and helpful. They didn’t realize it was Macaroon Day, but placed a sign on the door before we left. We hope that had many others stop by to celebrate.
There are tables inside, if you want to stay and have coffee and goodies, as we did. The chocolate covered macaroon was the best of the bunch. They also have beautiful cakes. Pricey. We found street parking easily.“

“They have the best Korean Ice Coffee. We’ve been to two different Paris Baguettes, one in Red Bank and Long Branch. Both had terrible coffee and service. Here in Holmdel, they have the best coffee, pastries, and service. We drive from Red Bank once or twice a week just to get thier Korean coffee and pastries. Never had an issue, always clean, and amazing service. 100% recommend.“

I came across Sophie C’s Sweets on Facebook and saw how talented she was. I messaged her on a Monday, asking if she’d be able to bake me a cake by the following Saturday, and to my surprise, she was able! “Kosher bakery with everything you can think of. They offer cakes, cookies, bread, challah, pastries etc... and even sell pizza and sushi. This bakery is the go to bakery in this town and is extremely popular. The pi,za and sushi can have very long waits in the summer especially during peak hours.
