“They have the best Korean Ice Coffee. We’ve been to two different Paris Baguettes, one in Red Bank and Long Branch. Both had terrible coffee and service. Here in Holmdel, they have the best coffee, pastries, and service. We drive from Red Bank once or twice a week just to get thier Korean coffee and pastries. Never had an issue, always clean, and amazing service. 100% recommend.“

“Just the best little coffee shop around! I'm not a big coffee guy, but they have an Malt Cold Brew that I get with oat milk that is heavenly and surprisingly doesn't give me the jitters like so many others do. Other times, their Iced Matcha Latte (also with oat milk) is just the right amount of refreshing that I need when stumbling into work there at Bell Works. But, if I'm really being honest, it is the staff there that keeps me coming back each day I work from the office. I feel like Norm from Cheers when I walk in, greeted by name with my customary order already on its way to being made and I don't even need to give them my name or phone number for the loyalty program, such is their attention to customer service. Do yourself a favor and stop by and tell them Gary sent you.“

“My wife’s birthday was this past week. The only thing she asked for was a cake from Turquoise! And that’s what she got. The fluffiest, sweetest Red Velvet cake and Cream Cheese. Decorated to perfection! I’m trying to post a photo or two but the app won’t allow it. Oh well… take my word for it. Delicious.“

When I went to the internet, Shore Cake Supply was the 1st one to pop up. I live in North Jersey so it’s an hour or so drive for me BUT I drove there and had a “me” shopping spree. I’ve taken a class or two and even suggested to Jennifer that I wouldn’t be opposed to her opening a second location in North Jersey 😉. All I can say is just go there. You WON’T be disappointed. “Mav's Top Buns was absolutely wonderful as we went there for the first time in March 2026. We got a box of an OG, a blueberry crumb, thin mint and banana pudding. They were all absolutely delicious with just the right amount of doughiness and sweetness, without being overly sweet as many buns often tend to be. Service was terrific as well and the new owners are great people, who seem to truly care about both their customers and their staff. We'll definitely be back for more buns. Can't wait to see what flavors they come out with next!“

“Stopped by for breakfast after a hike around Rocky Point Trail. I had the ham and cheese croissant and my friends had the almond croissant. They were both phenomenal. I'm a savory fan so the thick salty ham at the center made me happy. The almond croissant had some chocolate and was decadent as well. The interior is so pretty with its pastries and decor. Service was quick and we were able to sit at their tables outside and enjoy our croissants in the nice weather.“

“I love this bakery. Reminds me of the Italian bakeries in Bay Ridge & Bensonhurst Brooklyn. I visited the day before Easter and they were busy. I was afraid I'd waited too long for St Joseph pastries but they were prepared!! The pistachio cups were light & delicious. The sesame semolina bread great, I love it gutted with butter. The St Joseph pastries I'll have on Easter. Got my friend the cannoli cream one and for me the custard. Great little bakery, friendly staff and a great assortment to choose from. I'll be back. It's so hard to find the Italian family bakeries these days. We have to support them 💚 so they keep us happy with their delicious treats.“

“I Love this bagel shop. Especially the french toast bagels. It's small, but it has a very friendly atmosphere. And the service is great. Good coffee. Many different kinds of cream cheese and bagels to choose from. They also have a good selection of cold drinks too. The Servers give you service of smile. Not sure of what time they open but I know the close at 3 PM and it's a cash only business, but there is a ATM on the premises. Diogo, Sara, and Jessi were all super friendly and made everything smooth—from the coffee to the pastries. The iced cappuccino was perfect, and the croissants were fresh and delicious.

But the highlight was this BEAUTIFUL cappuccino cake. Jenny did an amazing job writing “For Enzo’s Mom” on it, and the whole design looked unreal—like an actual cup of coffee! You can tell there’s real care and creativity behind it.
