I'm not a big coffee guy, but they have an Malt Cold Brew that I get with oat milk that is heavenly and surprisingly doesn't give me the jitters like so many others do. Other times, their Iced Matcha Latte (also with oat milk) is just the right amount of refreshing that I need when stumbling into work there at Bell Works. But, if I'm really being honest, it is the staff there that keeps me coming back each day I work from the office. I feel like Norm from Cheers when I walk in, greeted by name with my customary order already on its way to being made and I don't even need to give them my name or phone number for the loyalty program, such is their attention to customer service. “A few years ago, I began the search to find a good cake/baking supply store. Michaels is OK for last minute items but I wanted a “Go To” place. When I went to the internet, Shore Cake Supply was the 1st one to pop up. I live in North Jersey so it’s an hour or so drive for me BUT I drove there and had a “me” shopping spree. I’ve taken a class or two and even suggested to Jennifer that I wouldn’t be opposed to her opening a second location in North Jersey 😉. All I can say is just go there. You WON’T be disappointed. They are friendly, kind, helpful and MOST importantly.. honest! Oh, and I would travel as far as needed to go there. ❤️“

“My wife is an excellent baker, who usually makes my birthday cake for me. This year she couldn't, so I bought a cake from Antoinette Boulangerie. I'm a bakery snob. When I'm not eating homemade desserts, I only buy from the best bakeries in NYC and NJ. Antoinette Boulangerie is one of them.

The cake I bought was not pre-ordered; it was a ready-to-go cake for the day I called, which was my birthday. There were three that day: Red Velvet, Chocolate, Lemon-Raspberry. I chose the Lemon-Raspberry: lemon icing, vanilla cake, raspberry filling. It was FANTASTIC. The cake itself was perfectly moist, light and flavorful; the lemon icing was delicious and just the right amount of sweet, not too sweet; the raspberry filling was delicate. These are the signs of an excellent baker. In the past I've also had pastries from Antoinette, usually tarts and eclairs, and they've always been excellent.

My wife thought the cake was so good that she's considering appointing Antoinette Boulangerie as my official birthday baker.“

“We ordered a cake very late before an event, they were so nice and prompt about it. we told them that we wanted the cake to be tall and gold, gave them the flavors, and told them to design it however they wanted! the cake was decorated amazing! it’s gorgeous. and usually pretty cakes don’t taste good but it was so moist! we got the canoli, and chocolate fudge and the canoli is sooo good! chocolate was also good but we all liked canoli better! the cake was 80$ super affordable compared to other places, it fed about 16-20 people!! totally recommend!!“

“Had a catering order. Placed the order a week in advance. The morning if pickup, the order states that it was ready when it was not. Got to the store and told them i was there for a catering pickup. No one said anything and they started to scramble to package everything. We paid extra to get the cookies in individual boxes. Upon getting the order noticed that nothing was in individual boxes. Now I have to scramble before an event to package these things. Do not get a large order from here.

Edit: cookies were delicious and we still had to make the boxes and pack the cookies ourselves the morning of our event but the store did right by us and gave us a refund.“

Diogo, Sara, and Jessi were all super friendly and made everything smooth—from the coffee to the pastries. The iced cappuccino was perfect, and the croissants were fresh and delicious.

But the highlight was this BEAUTIFUL cappuccino cake. Jenny did an amazing job writing “For Enzo’s Mom” on it, and the whole design looked unreal—like an actual cup of coffee! You can tell there’s real care and creativity behind it.
