We were lucky enough to get parking right outside, and walked in to be pleasantly surprised by the esthetic vibe. Everything was super clean, and we were greeted right away by the super friendly employee. My daughter ordered a cappuccino and I got iced coffee. The owner was such a great communicator and seriously went above and beyond. Their staff was incredibly sweet, professional, and all around pleasant. And the cake? Oh my God. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. I provided a reference photo and the result was an exact match. Flavor wise? Impeccable. I don't know what it is about these cakes but it was hands down the best cake I've ever had in my life. “They have the best Korean Ice Coffee. We’ve been to two different Paris Baguettes, one in Red Bank and Long Branch. Both had terrible coffee and service. Here in Holmdel, they have the best coffee, pastries, and service. We drive from Red Bank once or twice a week just to get thier Korean coffee and pastries. Never had an issue, always clean, and amazing service. 100% recommend.“

I ordered a specific birthday Bundt cake online for my niece’s birthday who was coming to visit me and I requested to have it delivered since I was busy prepping her favorite dinner. To my surprise when the delivery arrived I received a Halloween decorated cake. I called the store which is when i spoke with Tricia. She handled my issue with such impeccable customer service and resolved it immediately.
