My favorites thus far are the menemen and turkish coffee for meals / snacks, and just about every single dessert… especially the Turkish custard!! I also must say that the staff are superb. They treat every person like family. From the first time we went, they scooped up my son and pampered him with cookies. Now every time we go, they remember him and greet him with a warm smile. “The desserts and coffee at Pastry Lu are absolutely delicious and high quality. Over Thanksgiving, I enjoyed their apple pie which was magnificent and addictive. They always welcome you with a polite smile and when you look at all their desserts and pastries, you have to take your time because it’s hard to choose. You owe it to yourself to sit and eat your tasty delight there. They present your food and coffee in a beautiful wooden tray. It’s elegant and relaxing. I sat there today and felt as if I was in a European café. I had the strawberry cheesecake which was divine and the Mighty Mocha Hot Chocolate (a combo of coffee and hot chocolate). I added whip cream and fell in love with it. I’ll be going back. I had to refrain from getting two in a row. But this place is worth any extra holiday calories. I adore this bakery and am happy it’s in town. Also a great place to get a coffee or pastry on your way to the train since it’s right by NJ Transit. It’s perfect.“

Tonight I ordered a 4 pack to get delivered and within in the 2 minutes it took for me to get outside, raccoons stole 3/4
cookies. I ordered another one, telling them they got stolen bc i thought it was funny, and asked them to text me before arrival so it wouldn’t happen again lol.

“My sister and I ordered a bouquet for my grandmother for Mother’s Day. I don’t normally do reviews but the service provided by my delivery driver, Gianna I believe was her name, prompted me to. My dad answered the door and had a pleasant conversation due to the friendly nature. So much so that he raved about it when I came home. Not only were the cupcakes delicious, well presented and enjoyed by all, the interactions with my family really made it all worthwhile. Thank you Baked Bouquet and our delivery driver for going the extra mile for my dad this weekend. I will surely return and recommend to my family and friends for all future holidays and events.“

This Easter we ordered the package that included Penne Vodka, Stuffed Shells, Chicken Francaise, Stuffed Mushrooms, Rolled Eggplant and (3) loaves of the best bread on earth. The food was absolutely delicious It feed not only the (18) people advertised but all of the food my children brought home. MY wife and I have been buying from De Marco's from day one, yes 1975.
