“Love this Playa Bowls!!! Missing it greatly since summer is over!!! The staff is so friendly and happy, they go above and beyond even when packed. I have had them even go so far as to take my order via the phone when someone else went to pick up for me!! Wish there was one closer to me (the one by me isn’t nearly as great!!) that had this atmosphere and charisma!“

“Visited for the first time last night and I’m still full! The menu is huge so try to browse through it before you go. We couldn’t make decisions so we ordered way too much and enjoyed it all. I highly recommend the Bao Tacos and Thai Basil Stir Fry with Shrimp! The pineapple rice is also delicious. There’s was nothing ordered that we didn’t enjoy. Cocktails were delicious. Staff was incredible. Decor is gorgeous. Can’t wait to visit again.“

“Great coffee shop with yummy açaí bowls. Nice location in downtown Point Pleasant Beach. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating if you want to eat/drink there. “We traveled 2 1/2 hours for a beach day and ended it with a Playa Bowl in Asbury which is a summer tradition. But we almost missed out! Location was closed by 6:00 pm on 9/21/24! “I had a pleasant experience here, very tasty and well made. Major downside was the fruits which were NOT fresh! Otherwise order was ready quickly and the cashier was pleasant. Parkings are available outside which is an add. Indoor atmosphere was cozy. The menu has a lot of options which worth trying. Hope future experiences come with fresh fruits.“

“it was a hot and sunny morning and i got the itch to go to the beach. after applying my spf 30, i hopped on my unicycle and made my 45 minute journey to long branch. when i arrived, i was so utterly dehydrated, sweating my balls off. i looked to my left and i saw a “Playa Bowls” sign and i knew what had to be done. i ordered a nutella bowl with no coconut flakes of course! the line was long but it was so worth it. that fruit bowl hit all the right spots and completely quenched my thirst. if you ever get the chance to go to playa bowls, don’t even hesitate. it’s healthy and delicious. the employee natalie makes a mean bowl. we love her. slay natalie!!
