“Just had takeout from Liu's for the first time ever tonight. We didn't even need a new place... we love our existing place.. but WOW that orange sauce is something special. Seriously great meal. “First time here. Food wasn’t nothing special. The boneless ribs were like burnt chips. Fried rice was ok. I love egg drop soup and this was the worst. Hardly any egg. Beef and broccoli, the broccoli stems were hard. Every place we tried in the area, if it isn’t one thing or another. They aren’t the most consistent cooks. I make homemade half the time.Update: have since ate here and the food seems better. The quantity and quality is there. For the most part, the dishes we had, soup, etc were very good. One star removed for the sesame chicken. It was more like pork, a little tough and dry, and red like pork is. If the sesame chicken was like I’ve had it or made it, this would be a 5 star review. “Had to write this review because this just happened. I had placed an order through their website couple of things and an order of their small spare ribs. They come 4 in a small. When I checked them I realized yes, I had four pieces but they so so small, two made up one rib. I called the restaurant and told them with no attitude. They were completely understanding so they asked me to bag the small ones up and they immediately came and replaced them. That was amazing and I really appreciated it. I love their ribs lol.“
“Went in for a quick lunch, love the fact that they gave me miso soup with my general Tsao's Tofu! Great real Chinese vibe, serve the fried noodles with hot mustard and Sweet sauce! I will definitely be back. I was discouraged though because the online prices said lunches were nine dollars then when we got there they were all $11 still a decent price& a good portion. My boyfriend had the shrimp with Chinese vegetables and the shrimp were nice.“
