“We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday party for 30 guests at Chakra on Sat, Nov. 16th. Rex (manager) was so pleasant to work with and made the entire planning so smooth. Rex was very open to our ideas and also complimented with his own based on his experience. On the day of the event, Rex, Asin (main server), and other staff took care of every minute details to ensure our guests had the best time. The food was amazing as always and service was phenomenal. Very rarely, you see the entire team is focused on ensuring every guest has wonderful time and that too with very infectious smiles they had for the entire duration (3 hours). Rex is apt at restaurant business and is truly focused on customer service. I give Rex and Asin 5 star for their excellent service for our event. Thank you“

“Last month I asked for recommendations for an Indian restaurant that had great vegan dishes. Clove Garden Garwood was highly recommended. I order 4 vegan dishes from their website tonight. I noted I was vegan online. I had also ordered Naan, (which I didn’t know contained dairy.) The owner took the time to call me and let me know it’s not vegan and made us Roti instead. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! Rich, delicious, authentic … best meal I’ve ever had. And the employees were incredibly nice. Looking forward to trying the other vegan dishes next week!! They have a huge selection. If you haven’t tried it yet, I would 100% try their food!!!“

“Pleasantly came across this pure veg bistro through the insta feed with raving reviews. We tried Spicy Chipotle burger, Aloo burger for kids, Pesto Panini and Pesto Pizza. Lets just say, each morsel was a burst of flavor. For the dessert, we tried warm walnut brownie. We also met the owner who was very sweet and spent some time with us and also made sure that everything we ordered was perfect!!!
Cherry on the top was Swaminarayan menu with many many options. For the Momo's lovers, do visit them by the end of dec, they plan to introduce them in their menus.

All cuisines were great and there are a lot (in Indian cuisine there are a variety of cuisines) you can try. The place itself looks a bit old and the tables can use a bit of work. I have eaten here since a few years and I assure you there is no change in the quality or the taste, I love how consistent they are. Choice of any 3 of the 4 curries of the day, Gujarati daal, along with 4 chapatis, bowl of rice and papad.The curries were pretty decent except for the one we were really looking forward to - Undhiyo. Thin and perfectly cooked.However, very attentive folks, came over and inquired a couple of times.The place has lost its shine since my last visit but I attribute that to the pandemic.
