“The food and service here is excellent! We had Chef Leon and he did an excellent job. He is so funny and nice and we were so impressed with the food he cooked - it was delicious! This is the best hibachi we have had in a very long time (we’ve tried a few places and this one is by far the best). The restaurant is nicely decorated and in a beautiful location with its own parking lot. Highly recommended! We will be back.“

“My family has been coming here weekly for about 3 years now. The staff is extremely friendly, and they always talk to and play with our children (2 and 4). We always do sushi, but our kids do the udon noodles and sometimes the sesame/general tso chicken and we have not been disappointed. We recommend this restaurant to everyone.“

“We walked into this place last minute on a Friday night to celebrate my birthday since another sushi place had been unable to accommodate gf. We could not have stumbled upon a better experience! Elan at the sushi bar made us a custom omakase tasting all gluten free and so delicious. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really created a one of a kind meal while making us feel special and taken care of. We ended up with about 15 different courses i believe all fabulous and ended with a special ice cream sushi dessert. “Back when I was a wee teeny bopper, my favorite parts of lurking around Bridgwater mall was the Sarku Japan sample lady giving out bites of tantalizing teriyaki chicken. Well, clearly those foundational years have successfully secured my lifelong addiction and our family comes here often, despite the less convenient location. Fast easy and always tasty, we usually grab a few sushi rolls too. A hit with the kids, even the vegetables part. Sarku will always have a special place in my stomach.“

“First time. New to town. Got a no-rice roll, a spicy tuna roll and seaweed salad. A strong 4 stars. Very good, but different from what I'm used to...Somerville, NJ. Staff was 100% on point. Friendly and service was fast. I will definitely go back and try more.“

“It’s pretty good but I’ve only been here once. I’ve tried a lot of Asian fast food places and their food is better than average. The lo mien is tasty, not too salty or dry. I also got the sesame chicken which was tender but just a lil too strong with the seasoning (kind of salty). The tofu was reallly good!! Nice customer service too.“

“I love their garlic shrimp with scallops menu item. I always get it for take-out. I have eaten at least 20 of them. There is a problem with their packaging. They put the food into a white plastic container that ALWAYS leaks. The container is not water-proof. They put the white container into a brown bag and put that into a plastic bag. The sauce leaks from the white container through the brown bag and into the plastic bag. When I open the white container, I get sauce from the bottom of the container all over my kitchen counter and have a mess to clean up. I have seen other take-out containers and NONE of them ever leak. This business needs to get a liquid-proof or water-proof container to put the food in so the sauce does not leak out. Wake up please!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a take-out today July 31, 2024 and was surprised to see they have a new container that, when held upright, does not leak. One good step in the right direction. I wish they would go one more step and use a truly watertight container. Many restaurants use waterproof containers so an even better type of container does exist.“

“Best Chinese & Japanese I’ve had, from their green tea with toasted brown rice to their soups, their general Tso is always a good balance of spice to sweet, very accommodating with gluten allergy for my partner. They are always nice and we tend to catch going once a week at this point, very good every time“

“This place is legit, authentic Korean food. The outside looks unassuming, and quite possibly easy to pass by, but the dishes I’ve tried have been on point especially for being a hole in the wall. Classic Korean dishes done right without being made overly sweeten or watered down like a lot of places these days. Recommend!“
