“I love having a Dominican bakery so close. Everything we’ve had there has been FABULOUS!!! Honestly, some of the best coconut macaroons I have ever had and that includes ones I’ve had in DR. I had a coconut tree leches cake, and a strawberry short cake cup, which were both out of this world. The cold brew is so good, and the pumpkin sauce is on point. They’re also super friendly. Next time I need to try the pastelitos (empanadas).“

“What did it take for our small wedding reception to be completely worry-free? Drew and The Fruited Plain Caterers! Having an outdoor wedding reception on October 19 on our back deck could have been "hit or miss" because of the uncertainty of the weather. But Drew connected us with the right rental company and the heated tent was AMAZING! With 25% of our guests being vegetarians we needed a caterer who could deliver deliciousness to all our guests. Drew totally hit it! We opted for a family style luncheon and got raving reviews on the quality of the food. From the first contact email 12 months ago, to the last dish put away on wedding day, we felt we were in great hands with a consummate professional. Drew was flexible enough to accommodate some of our special requests, and because we were dealing with the company owner, decision-making was straight forward. His servers were professional, efficient and friendly. My kitchen was probably cleaner after they left than it was before they arrived! And if all that wasn't enough, honesty and integrity were also a key aspect of our working with Drew. He caught a staffing level mistake on our final invoice and personally delivered a refund check for the amount we had overpaid. Now THAT's someone I will be working with again, and recommending without hesitation to all my friends!“

“Very attentive and kind staff from the moment we walked in. Food was good but it's not breakfast-ish food, so not exactly difficult to mess up, but it was very tasty either way. Only gripe is that it's cash-only and they only give you bottled water - no free water!

“The food is exemplary. Everything I’ve had here is delicious, from the eggs benny and the paris morning breakfast with potato latkes, smoked salmon and peefectly poached eggs, to the freshly made blintzes and pancakes. Plus it’s dog friendly on the patio where i take my little biewer terrier, Wolfie, for his fave maple bacon! Staff is so friendly and helpful. And don’t miss their lattes!“

“What a fun, local gem!! Being in New Jersey and unexpectedly needing breakfast, I checked out a few reviews and everyone loved the Mini Mac Diner. After going to see for myself, I could understand why they did.
I was greeted from the counter (and a few smiles from the rest of the room) when I entered, and the pleasant camaraderie continued throughout my meal. I settled on an omelet (without potatoes and toast at my request) and a side of bacon that was made quickly and deliciously. The lady running the counter and the lady cooking in the back were both cheerful, interactive, and kind. Everyone in the room seemed happy to be there, especially the three girls in the corner who had previously created a TikTok about the charms of the Mini Mac Diner.
A quick note: the Mini Mac Diner is cash only, so come prepared, and enjoy this local, one-of-a-kind treat!!“
