About half way through I switched to the house dressing as the honey mustard was sweeter than I could handle. “Had a wedding last weekend using Brulee Catering. We had a sit down dinner for 194 guests, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but I was very wrong. Filet and salmon were selected as entrees and they were delicious. The filet and salmon entrees weren't overdone and they weren't cold. Great job done by Brulee. The appetizers were outstanding also. The guests were very happy eating sliders and then they also got a great meal. I received many compliments on the food that night. Well Done!!!“

Low and behold he opened a resteraunt/catering. I’ve had him cater a baby shower, funeral and graduation party. I’ve had attendees ask who did the cooking and I can’t praise them enough.
