“small ramen with big flavors. I enjoyed everything from the chill atmosphere to amazing food. the blend of Peruvian cuisine with traditional Japanese dishes is a match made in foodie heaven. I had the double fried wings and sloppy joe bao bun for a starter and each dish was better than the last. the wings were super crispy yet tender inside and the sloppy joe bao buns were a trip down memory lane. the sloppy brought me back to my childhood eating at a friend's house. for my ramen I had the tonkatu. their pork broth was hearty and tasteful and reminded me of my first bowl of real ramen. I highly recommend going there and finding out on your own...“

“Our first time as we are visiting from out of town. Our server Cesar was so wonderful. Very accommodating and helpful. The food was phenomenal. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and had a charbroiled taste which we loved. We also had the Bavarian pretzels app special which was awesome!!!! Our drinks were also fantastic. This was a great choice for our 10th wedding anniversary. We’re so glad we found it. Highly recommend!!!!!!“

“I used to go to this spot on Bloomfield Ave a few years back, but one of the owners (Tommy, i seem to remember) would get a little too animated and become obnoxious towards the customers.

I figured I'd give it another chance and drop by to check it out. It was much more chill. The food was standard bar food, and the beers were relatively inexpensive. The girls behind the bar were cute and attentive. They have a DJ on the weekends, and he plays the classics from back in the day.

Overall, it was a much better experience for me, at least.“

“We’ve been to the other location, but this was our first time at the Bloomfield Ave restaurant. There is only seating at the counter, so I guess it’s meant to be pickup primarily, but the food was quick and delicious and the young woman working behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I had the steak fajitas and my son grabbed some “Dirty Nachos”. Great experience. Will definitely go back to explore the menu further.“

“Great Guatemalan pupusas! I love the loroco one (a type of squash) which it is not always easy to find. Soups are perfectly made. Definitively a taste of home for many of us Central Americans. The "atmosphere" is not set up for you to stay long, but if you are ordering as much as I did, then it takes long to eat and drink it all. A "must" when I take my car to be serviced at Lynnes Subaru across the street.

Vegetarian options: Make sure to mention that you are avoiding all types of "carne" if you are strict vegetarian (sin pollo, sin res, sin cerdo).“

“I'm a senior in college, living with my mother who is disabled (legally blind). I took her to this IHOP since it was nearby and we started going there together ever since I introduced it to her 2 months ago. We absolutely love IHOP and this one was great in food, service, and environment.
The staff were really helpful and accommodating for my mom. Sophya in particular went above and beyond for my mom, giving us candy, complimenting her, and even helping her to find the bathroom and exit door. I dont expect this from people anymore because I do it and they dont care about my moms disability. But as strange as I felt, I was touched and I appreciate that the staff made my mom seen and welcome, because it's something most of society doesn't do for the disabled. I'll be coming back :)“

“I felt compelled to leave a review after having their pork fried rice, possibly the best I've ever had. It is full of that delicious smokey wok hei flavor that we all love in Chinese take out.
