“We love Colonial Diner and have been going there for years. They have the best food and best staff, along with an amazing atmosphere. My three year old asks to go there for practically every meal and we are always greeted like family when we walk through the door. This is the best diner I’ve ever been to. Run -don’t walk- and get ANYTHING from the menu; you won’t regret it!“

“Small place ran by a lovely couple with all the signature classic Romanian dishes! This place is a complete hidden gem! The eggplant salad starter is just like my grandmother and mother make, the meats are excellent - portion sizes are huge and everything tastes like a solid Romanian place on my visits to Romania. The star today was the Papanasi - a classic Romanian cheese donut! One of the best I had ever! Highly recommended! Will definitely come again!“

“Just flown in from Edinburgh and just had to visit this quaint fish and chip place . And wow so glad we did , the batter on the fish was done to perfection ( even better than home ) the scotch pies were top notch and the empire biscuits delicious. And the owners so friendly We will definitely be calling back in every chance we get to . 5*“

“Very traditional Polynesian/oriental food. There are very few sit down Chinese restaurants anymore and this was a throwback to my youth. From the fun kitchen decor to the phenomenal pu pu platter and flaming drinks. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves immensely.“

“We are visiting Lyndhurst this week from Canada and were looking for something close by for supper tonight. We are SO happy we picked Villa Italia! Everything is so fresh and delicious as Joe makes everything to order. Jen is an exceptional waitress, with top notch service and we enjoyed great conversation with her. “I love just about every empanada I've tried.
I live in Pennsylvania and my family lives a few blocks from the restaurant.
Every time I'm in town I bring a dozen home with me.
I even pick up some for my friends at home.
The Cuban seems like their favorite. Mine also.

it is Chinese family from older generation running it, they have their way of doing business , deal with it.(Understand the less than perfect review on their attitude) they are doing their best to acclimate. Bottom line, you want to eat good food and they offer great food.“

“My husband and I went on Valentine's Day. For 30 years I have been hearing about it and never went thinking it wasn't my cup of tea. Well its not but I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Food was better than I expected but we were not there for the food. We were there for the spectacle and show. Medieval Times delivered. The horses, the jousting, the falcon , the pageantry was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Service was warm, welcoming and efficient. Definitely recommend going at least once!“
