“I came here and ordered off my app, Early in the morning and didn't hit Extra Large for my coffee, when I went inside to pick it up noticed it was a medium, I guess the look of confusion on my face got the managers attention, when I told him I mistakenly ordered the medium instead of the Extra Large, he took the medium coffee and went and made me a new Extra Large Coffee and wouldn't take money for the difference. Extremely nice of him to do for my own mistake. Also here you get the Donuts you ordered vs the one in Mansfield Twp.“
“We are driving cross country and this is the nicest, cleanest, most efficient McDonalds we’ve visited. Ordered through mobile app, checked in, walked up to the counter, was greeted by name and handed our food. It was orderly inside and the employees were nice! So glad we picked this one.“
“The person who assisted me was very friendly and informative. I wasn't hungry, but I stapled 2 gelato flavors to see if I could fit a little in. I didn't care for the 2 flavors, so I checked out the pastries. None of those were tempting me, so I decided to try the hot chocolate. It was so thick and rich that the tiny "shot" cup was the perfect amount. I added the marshmallow meringue and I was so glad because it was delicious! I would like to go back and try more items when I am actually hungry.“

“My daughters and I came to the shop tonight to enjoy the ice cream sandwiches. The shop was busy when we came in but we were more than happy to wait. While we waited, the male employee left, leaving the girl to complete the orders. Though you can tell she was overwhelmed, she served us with a smile and apologized for the wait. The ice cream sandwiches were delicious. I got the chocolate chip cookie and the mocha cookie dough but I will be back again to try the banana's foster.“

Their coffee is strong and they have a good variety of tea options as well. Zoe and the team make everyone feel so welcomed and the atmosphere is cozy and warm with amazing views of nature.I also appreciate that they offer unique vegetarian and vegan dishes, catering to a variety of dietary preferences. “Donuts Time Cafe was a great experience from the moment we walked in! The staff are all very friendly and helpful even with my own indecisiveness; which leads me into the many options there were to choose from! There were lots of donuts and food options but not an overwhelming amount where you feel like you have too many to choose from. The donuts that we got were some of the best we’ve ever had, not too doughy but also not too light, they were made perfectly. Overall I would definitely come back here and look forward to the next time.“
“We live 4 hours away and every time we come to visit family we come here. I have never had better coffe and the hospitality is exceptional. They have accommodated my request with the drink I wanted not being in season and even replaced 2 drinks that were spilt without hesitation.
