“I had to change my order after I received it due to it being made incorrectly. They fixed the problem with a slight hesitation. I did meet a friend and sit and talk at the over stuffed chairs area. The table should have been wiped and it wasn't, so I cleaned it before sitting and chatting with a friend. If it wasn't raining I would have visited with my friend in the parking lot.“

“I'm at this McDonalds once a week to get McNuggets for my youngest child. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they are prompt, there's hardly ever a wait, and when there is, they communicate it well. On the rare I need to customize the order for myself, they always oblige and ensure that it is done correctly.“

“It’s not often that I write reviews for big companies like Starbucks because, honestly, I don’t usually feel the need to. But the team at the Bordentown Starbucks deserves one so I finally took the time to sit down and write out my thoughts. I genuinely feel lucky that this is my local Starbucks. Every time I stop in I’m met with people who are kind, welcoming, and just… very good at what they do that It never feels forced.

The reason I finally decided to write this review though is because of Ria.

I have genuinely never met someone in customer service quite like her. She somehow manages to make every single interaction feel warm, even when the line is wrapped around the building. She remembers me, greets me with the kindest eyes, and always has something nice to say. And I know that probably sounds dramatic for someone handing me coffee…but it really does make a difference.

She has this way about her that almost makes you want to protect her? Like selfishly, I hope she never leaves because she makes this Starbucks what it is..but at the same time I find myself wondering if she’s still here because I know someone as wonderful as her deserves every opportunity that comes her way. She really is one of those people you don’t forget.

But I also don’t want this review to just be about Ria because she’s a reflection of the team around her…Everyone here is so genuinely kind and welcoming. She is just the bright star that I happen to interact with the most at the store
