They were very flexible with doing a take-home cake trial, which they don’t offer, and we greatly appreciate it. The reason why they are getting 4 stars is their lack communication and flexibility for delivering our cake. We had to change the filling last minute on our wedding cake due to no proper storage. I wish they told us the lemon curd needed to refrigerated before choosing it. Also the alternatives they told us was unprofessional. The replacement was good but not what we wanted. If it's a option I would to see how our intended cake was suppose to taste like.“

“Sakrid is operating out of a different location during renovations, but it was still easy to get to and had plenty of convenient parking. The short detour was well worth it! Our group went on a very warm October day so we got cold brew, iced lattes with regular milk and iced lattes with oat milk. Some took it with nothing added and a few got vanilla or maple syrup. Everything was top quality and the espresso drinks really impressed the coffee geeks (myself included). They use a medium roast for their espresso. It was really well dialed in and came out balanced, rich with well rounded flavor that held up to both types of milk. I will definitely go back again the next time I am in the area!“

“Well the place looks nice and clean but when I ordered a head on the app none of the orders were going through to this location. A very nice young woman named Nikki looked at my order on my phone and made it for me. She did a great job and while she was trying to take care of my order she was on the phone trying to help all these other stores get staff. She's not even the manager and she was going above and beyond. I would like to give her some recognition and also some help in the store. I don't know where the manager was but they could use additional help especially when the app orders are not working and she's expected to find people to work in other stores. Give her a raise. “This is for the employees working on New Years late afternoon! Thank you helping us get our coffee/donut fix! I wanted some coffee and something sweet like a pastry and decided to try Dunkin' by our friend's place instead of Starbucks. This location had plenty of parking, and indoor booth seating too. The employees were helpful and patient with me when I ordered my party's order and when I took some time to figure out what I wanted since I wasn't sure what I wanted to order yet. They made sure to ask if I wanted a carrier and a bag for the orders I made, and were friendly and helpful the entire transaction. I'd definitely come back if I'm ever in the area even if you can't make left turns in this state :P I ended up ordering some glazed donut holes, sugar donuts, everything bagel with cream cheese (toasted), a dunkacinno, a latte, and a black coffee for the group. Everything was yummy & everyone was happy with what they ordered.“
