“Visited for first time. Food and service were great. I have to say I was not pleased with the Pet situation. I am a dog lover, but pets in a restaurant is not appealing at all. The dogs were barking, doing their busy on the sidewalk, spilling drinking water out of saucers. This was a bit too much. Sorry I'm not a pet hater, but safety and sanitary issues would keep me from visiting again.“

“I like Gloria Jeans and the employees at this location are always nice but my last visit there was an older Indian man behind the counter screaming, talking on the phone, seemingly talking hostile to his employee? It was quite uncomfortable. If he’s the manager I suggest he get some coaching on how to behave on the floor and how to speak to other people.“

“I regularly pass a closer DD to go to this one. The customer service is their strength. They make friendly conversation with lots of their regulars including me. Every now & again I'll get a cold dark roast but they always correct the issue like any customer oriented establishment. I recommend this Dunkin.“
