It was very hot outside, and we were quite stressed because our car had broken down on the road, but she made our time worthwhile! She had great recommendations and was very sweet, regardless of my husband and I not knowing much, lol. We will be returning!“

“I love this Dunkin and pass by most Saturdays as my toddler’s occupational therapist is 3 minutes away. They move the drive thru line very quickly with a smile, and they never mess up. My toddler’s glazed munchkins are always fresh and this is the only place I’ll occasionally get wake up wraps bc their food doesn’t taste like plastic. They’re cleaning their machines well, which isn’t something I can say for other locations. And, who doesn’t like getting greeted by a screen!“

This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They had a total of ten box of joes and 12 dozen donuts all ready for me the following day at the time I requested. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! The location is super clean and everyone is so friendly and happy to help whether my order is small or very large for work. HIGHLY recommend!!!“

“I have enjoyed this DD coffee shop and the people I get to meet. The staff have always been helpful and the place in the morning is always busy but that's a good thing. I have met many of the regulars and a new person comes in almost daily. All in all, I have called this my south office when I was working full-time and now that I am retired, I have enjoyed coming here to meet with others. The other day, having been unable to come, the staff asked me, "Are you OK, we missed you!" Made me feel good.“

“This is the slowest location ever. I've been there several times prior to leaving this review to give them a few chances. RIDICULOUSLY slow, beyond slow, the worst.

It doesn't appear that anyone working there is over the age of 12. I exaggerate, but seriously they are very very young, and seem confused. Don't ask for whipped cream on your frozen coffee, it's just too much for the babies to handle.

Yo owner, stop being lazy and cheap! I'm sure you've noticed business is crap, because teenagers are running the show.

“I usually don't use the order ahead on the mobile app(horrific prior experiences ) but today I chose to & I'm glad I did! While there was definitely a line(it's the AM & helloooooo COFFEE!) The short wait was well worth it for the quality of the food & the service received! ? If y'all don't already have it, try the mobile app! Great bonuses (discounted or free food), and the option to order ahead, exactly what you want (at least at this location) are well with it! 10/10 recommend!

Parking: While in front of the store, parking is limited, there is a back lot with plenty of parking accommodations!

Kid-friendliness: These folks at this store have been super sweet to my kiddos! Always with a smile for them?

Wheelchair accessibility: While it appears that there's a step up the entire way around the building... There IS a small concrete ramp section at the opposite end of the structure! Sometimes ya just gotta look a bit closer! ?“

The only thing I had a problem with is the bathroom is the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen I was really grossed out. So bad I would not even wash my hands in the sink. If it wasn't for the bathroom this Dunkin Donuts would be perfect!“

The food is always good at Dunkin', but at other locations the workers are not so nice. I would definitely recommend this location in Morrell Plaza. They have 2 places to order at the drive thru for quick service, and they have workers like Tristan who love their job and help to brighten your day!

“Standard Dunkin/gas station. They will make your order quickly, though. The younger employees speak perfect English. The older ones can be a little harder to understand. But, they always get my orders correct. So, ultimately, it doesn't affect anything. They have skill games, too. If gambling is your thing.“

“I was selling for a coffee and bagels so I stopped at this Dunkin' donuts. Bagel was great but they spilled the the coffee down the side and didn't realize that there was a hole in the cup. So my coffee ended up in my car holder instead of inside of me. That's why I always go to the same Dunkin Donuts in Norristown“
