When looking for a great tasting cheese steak sandwich with onions including fried sweet and hot peppers ; Mikes Coldcuts definitely has the answer. It not only taste Great it is reasonably priced. I will admit that you need to buy 2 to satisfy the desire but paying $12.00 for the 2 is affordable and well Worth your money spent. I buy at least 5 or 6 at a time because I drive 30 min to get them. The next day open and pop them in the oven adding more ketchup and there it is this time on a crunchy roll. Totally Awesome! “This might sound crazy but Performance Meal Prep genuinely changed my life. The food is delicious (so I actually enjoy it, unlike meals from well-known competitors), it's healthier and cheaper than all the takeout I used to live on, and it saves me tons of time I would spend thinking about, shopping for, and cooking food. I usually get items by the pound but the pre-made meals are solid too. Can't recommend them enough, honestly.“

We had the pleasure of working with Daria, who was absolutely amazing — so kind, supportive, and attentive every step of the way. She made the entire planning process feel effortless, and even without a wedding planner, I felt completely organized and at ease thanks to her guidance.

On the day of, everything exceeded our expectations. Ott, the maître d’, was phenomenal — he orchestrated the entire evening flawlessly, and not a single detail was overlooked. To this day, our guests still tell us it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended. They said the venue was beautiful, the food was out of this world and the way the wedding flowed was amazing.

I toured all the Finley and Cescaphe venues before making a decision, and I would choose Ballroom at the Ben a hundred times over. “For my daughter’s wedding we were looking for a wood fired pizza truck. The ones we loved weren’t available and we booked Red Stone Pizza Truck sight unseen. I ran into them later at a food truck festival, introduced myself, and they gave me pizza to try—it was amazing and I breathed a sigh of relief that we chose wisely. Fast forward to June 17, day of wedding, and I was nervous—would people have to wait too long for pizza, did we choose types people would enjoy? Would the bacon wrapped scallops be a hit or miss (you know how that goes). Happy to say that everything was a hit! Jessica was easy to work with and the team there that day was wonderful! No one ever had to wait for pizza, they served it up and had another hot one ready to go. Everyone was so nice and customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced! I had several people tell me how good the pizza was and some even said it was the best pizza they’d ever had! Some said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! (Even the bacon wrapped scallops were amazing!) I would recommend Red Stone for your food truck or catering needs! Thank you for running things so smoothly and making my daughters day special!!“

On the day of the event she arrived a little late for set up, but the guests didn't notice. Her and her son were kind and served our guests buffet style. We would definitely use her catering services again. We ordered rasta pasta, wings (jerk and lemon pepper), Mac and cheese egg rolls, plantain cups (vegan), and garden salad. Carolyn and her son packed up the food and then laid out the dessert cups: peach cobbler and banana pudding. My husband is still talking about the peach cobbler. Everything was delicious!“

Above all, Herb himself helmed a team each of whom were outstanding in both service and professionalism. Lastly, the house and all areas were left spotless.
