It's not summer without soft serve, and it's not a beach trip without ice cream! From the first time I saw Kohr Custard at Cape May, it's a must during each visit. I remember as a child when my parents use to take us to Coney Island, that is where Kohr started and where I tasted my first cone. An old institution of Coney Island when it was there, but sad no more. But lucky in Cape May and New Jersey. There is nothing like Custard to compare to Ice Cream. A Big Difference. We had the pleasure of eating Kohrs in December! The added seasonal flavor of candy cane twist was amazing. It's creamy and minty and just all around delicious. It wasn't crowded (due to being off season) and the store was clean and service was excellent.
