“Last month I asked for recommendations for an Indian restaurant that had great vegan dishes. Clove Garden Garwood was highly recommended. I order 4 vegan dishes from their website tonight. I noted I was vegan online. I had also ordered Naan, (which I didn’t know contained dairy.) The owner took the time to call me and let me know it’s not vegan and made us Roti instead. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! Rich, delicious, authentic … best meal I’ve ever had. And the employees were incredibly nice. Looking forward to trying the other vegan dishes next week!! They have a huge selection. If you haven’t tried it yet, I would 100% try their food!!!“

“Ordered grubhub from here last night, food was magnificent! I even called ahead of time and asked for 2 sides of chutney sauce and they were nice enough to include it in my order. We ordered Dal Makhani, Sham Savera, and Kaju Curry, and all three dishes were spot on in taste and quality. Truly impressed with how authentic and tasty the Punjabi flavors were, even in Jain preparations.

All cuisines were great and there are a lot (in Indian cuisine there are a variety of cuisines) you can try. The place itself looks a bit old and the tables can use a bit of work. The most tasty and delicious dosa in the north east. Sambar is near perfection. Perfect pricing and portions. We have numerous places near us and I’d still choose here for the price,taste and portion size.

Parking: While there is convenience of parking lot. Once it fills. Super hard to park. Only a dozen spots.“
