“The wait staff was very polite and patient. They gave us ample time to preview the menu. After we placed our orders, the food came to us pretty fast. Food was very good. And the presentation of the dishes were very pretty. I ordered the maki combo it was very good. Sorry, I ate some and I realized I forgot to take a Pic. So part of it was eaten. I would recommend trying out this place. It was a great experience. I want to go back again soon. They also offer take out. But I think sitting at the restaurant, the ambiance is real nice and having the meal there was a great experience.“

“The best korean food in the area. It is a little pricey for the amount, but the quality is always worth it. Been ordering here for 6 years. Their delivery is amazing, food is always hot and fresh. Salmon quality is amazing, so is their teryaki bowls. Doordash delivery is always perfect and timely, they wrap up the soy sauce so it doesn't spill, give freebies from time to time, and even took time to write a note once thanking us. Never once got a bad order. 10/10 my favorite spot to order from.“

however, last week i ordered a poke bowl and noticed that they changed their containers from paper to plastic. its not that huge of a deal, but the plastic containers are smaller than the paper but the price is the same. additonally, the vegetables in my poke bowl were not that fresh which was unusual.

it's not too huge of a deal and i'll continue to support this place, but i'll always advocate for more eco friendly choices. if possible, please return to the paper bowls!“

“What a wonderful find! Everything about the experience here was absolutely amazing. The restaurant has a cozy, warm environment with a lovely corner setup that makes for a great dining atmosphere.

“Essentially a takeout reataurant offering Japanaese cuisine, the restaurant provides fresh fish in their sushi amd sashimi entrees. Fish, when freshly caught and obtained from fishermen as they come in with their catch, tastes sweet, as i had experienced once in my life. There is that hint of sweetness in the fish the restaurant serves, that is why this is the only place i order from when i have a hankering for jalanese food. Prices are comparable with other restaurants, though the servings are slightly bigger. Doesnt this make you try them? You'll thank me once you do!“

“The food is top notch. From the soup to the sushi. Even the ice cream is delicious. What really bothers me though is the service. There is a 90 minute time limit which I get but when you are rushed to get out by an hour that’s not right. Also when you’re hounding tables waiting to literally take a plate because you have nothing else to do that’s a problem. Finally when you’re coming up to tables and asking them for platters back because you don’t have enough supposedly that’s not good either. Last night I was hounded constantly. Twice I had people tell me to move my sushi to my paper plate because they needed the platter. May I suggest buying more platters. Love the food and yes I know I’ll be back but the service was ridiculous in your face. Don’t come here for date night because they don’t leave you alone“

Our server, Valeria, was very attentive, answered all our questions, and even gave us recommendations based on what we were in the mood for. We ordered a bunch of dishes to share: sushi, ramen, boba, shrimp tempura, wings, and yakitori. Everything was delicious, and the portions were good. “Ordered from here for the first time. Got unagi don and the sashimi deluxe. Both came with miso soup. I asked for substitutions in fish and they gave me exactly what I asked for. The sashimi was good for the most part, the salmon was the best part, melted in my mouth and delicious. The other fish were good too. The unagi don was good but a bit too salty, so that was a little disappointing. I haven't tried the miso soup yet.“

And the simple atmosphere & excellent service made me come back again, and again. “WHAT A COMEBACK!!! Seriously, I’m SO happy I came back!

I have to be honest — the last time I was here, I left feeling pretty sad because the food and service had really gone downhill. It was honestly disappointing because I remembered how good everything was when they first opened. So I came back this time with somewhat low expectations… and WOW, was I pleasantly surprised!

The food was INCREDIBLE. Not just “good” — I mean SO GOOD. Everything was fresh, flavorful, beautifully prepared, and honestly even better than I remembered it being when they first opened, which is saying A LOT because they were already good back then!

But the biggest surprise was the service. Maria Eduarda, our bartender, and Pedro, our server, were absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. They went above and beyond — and then somehow found a way to go a little further . They were attentive without being overbearing, genuinely friendly, incredibly helpful, and made us feel like they actually cared about making sure we had the best experience possible.

You could really feel the difference from the moment we walked in. It felt like the restaurant had found its spark again — except now the quality is even better than it was when they first opened!

I left this time not only full, but genuinely happy and relieved that this place is back to being somewhere I’m excited to come to.

A HUGE shoutout to Maria Eduarda and Pedro — you two absolutely made our experience! You did everything and MORE to make sure we were taken care of, and it definitely did not go unnoticed.
