“Craving matzo ball soup and a pastrami on rye we took the 60 minute drive all the way to Radins and we were certainly not disappointed. We came in at a busy hour but were promptly seated and served by the efficient staff. We started with the Matzo Ball soup, which was hot, naturally chicken flavorful but a little heavy on the noodles, very good nonetheless. Our pastrami sandwich was mammoth, with perfectly cured brisket meat, tender and flavorful. The rye bread was thick, soft and kept the bounty of pastrami together. The sandwich was accompanied by an excellent cole slaw and gargantuan order of double fried french fries which were outstanding. Restaurant is located in a nice building, clean and well designed and better than their rival up the road.“

“I would like to applaud Ioannis for his helpfulness yesterday. He is a true example of an employee that tries to go the extra mile for patrons. However, I would like to give an F to the hostesses working on the same shift at 5pm. They need training on this thing called hospitality. We got there and requested a booth. We were told we would have to wait approximately 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes, we were escorted to be seated and they tried to give us a table. We stated again that we wanted a booth and we saw one that was available but needed cleaning. Ioannis was kind enough to try to go clean the table and was quickly told by the hostesses that he could not do that. Then they proceeded to inform us that we had to wait an ADDITIONAL 20 minutes. We asked to speak with a manager that ultimately had the same booth we inquired about cleaned for us to sit down. We wanted to acknowledge the kindness Ioannis displayed A++++ for him and because of him we would return. Other than that debacle in the beginning the food was good.“

“I picked up the #4 special from Vitos yesterday and it was a really great deal, under $100, for 2 pizzas, 2 hoagies and 50 wings. I ordered it the day prior and it was ready the next day on time without any mistakes. The food was very good.“

“Sharla is the sweetest person. We mentioned that we had stopped in for lunch while waiting for my husband to get his chemotherapy treatment across the street at Penn. She carried the tray for us, she kept making sure that he was okay and even followed us outside when we were leaving to wish him well and offer words of encouragement. That truly was a bright part of our day. We will remember that each and every time we go to the Penn building.

“Last evening, my family and I had the pleasure of dining at the Chick-fil-A located near Cherry Hill Mall. As always, the food was delightful, maintaining the consistent quality that Chick-fil-A is known for. The service was commendable, with staff members showcasing their usual efficiency and courtesy.
However, while the cleanliness and organization of the space were up to standard, the ambiance lacked a certain je ne sais quoi that usually characterizes Chick-fil-A’s dining experience. It wasn’t as vibrant or engaging as one might expect, which, while not detracting from the quality of the meal, did leave something to be desired in terms of a complete dining experience.
In summary, for those seeking the reliable taste of Chick-fil-A’s offerings served with professionalism, this location certainly delivers. Yet, for the ambiance seekers, it may fall just shy of expectation.“

① There are private room-like seats, so it's easy to work at home (reading, studying, writing letters, etc.) and you won't have to worry about staying too long. Also, you can conveniently use the wireless internet if you bring your PC with you inside the store.
② There are plenty of light snacks such as freshly baked bread, scones, and pies. The types of cakes are rotated by time and day, and in addition to eating in the store, you can also take them home.
③The coffee size is M and L and the price is different, but no matter which size you choose, you can have all-you-can-drink coffee (various types).

“First time I ever went to a Chick-fil-A and there wasn’t a long line. Strangely though it seemed like it took longer to get our food. The service wasn’t bad, it may be just because I’m used to them being so efficient this was much slower. Everything was good, only feedback would be that even when it’s slow we appreciate a quick experience.“
