“Great friendly place! It’s small inside with a few tables and counter seats. But it's worth the visit. Sitting at the counter affords to opportunity to watch the cook prepare each order. Cash only, but there is an ATM machine inside. Good breakfast menu that includes daily specials. Friendly service and atmosphere. I ordered a pork roll, egg and cheese sandwich and the waitress joked that I’m not from around here – Taylor ham! The home fries can be ordered with or without peppers and onions. The pork roll – oops Taylor ham, egg and cheese sandwich was served on a fresh soft roll. And my coffee cup was frequently refilled without asking. A very pleasant, friendly place to start the day. Sincerely, Mr. Pork Roll.“
“Holy moly. I ordered the exact same sandwich at every deli I go to, (and I've been to MANY delis in NJ and NY) modified Ruben. This is the winner man.Fast, affordable, humongous, and tasty.I might have to move to this town just so I can eat here more often.“
“My husband loves this place's food. Everything we've tried, from the kielbasa to the pie rogues has been fresh tasting and delicious! Cat attest to the service as I've never been in, but haven't heard any complaints! Will have to stop by myself soon.“
“Highly recommend. You get a lot of sandwich for your money, the roast beef is to die for (cooked in house) and all of the produce/meat is fresh and from top brands. Friendly staff and a wide variety of spirits and beers makes for a great stop before a night out!“
“we've lived about a 15 minute walk away for over 27 years. this place has never gone down in quality. my son grew up loving the Reuben's and now lives in CA and still heads there for a Reuben whenever he comes home. It's his first food stop on his eating tour of NJ every trip. Honestly, every sandwich we've had is fantastic and good value in a small, overpriced town. Impressed with the consistency. It isn't fancy but the quality is there.“
“We all know the prices for meats and eggs etc have sored, but the size of their portions and quality of the food makes it easy to come back again and again. Also, they use Boars Head meets, which are natural and not processed. Nice people to deal with. You won't regret stopping in there.“
“I was passing through downtown Netcong one day when I saw that Orzelek had recently opened. Today I finally had a chance to stop by and check out the store. We are Ukrainian and we were glad to see a Polish store open not far from us because we have many similar foods and similar tastes. We were greeted promptly upon walking in by a pleasant Polish lady working there. The store itself is on the smaller side, but there are so many things neatly stocked everywhere that there is certainly no shortage of deliciousness. We purchased some condiments, canned goods, sliced meats from the deli and kielbasa. There were also some unique gift-able products such as Polish herbal tea sticks, hand-painted Christmas ornaments, and beautiful boxes of delicate European chocolates. The clerk was very kind, patient and helpful in assisting us with any questions we had. Everything was absolutely delicious, fresh and authentic. We will definitely be coming back for more. Dziekuye bardzo & Dyakuyu!“
“The people here are so friendly it reminds me of growing up and going to the neighborhood deli and they would greet you and make you feel like a person and not just a customer. The sandwiches are out of this world definitely try Annie'“
“we were lucky to try the Colombian-Costa Rican lentil soup at this Restaurant, and it was simply spectacular. The blend of flavors and texture , with ingredients like yuca, created a delicious experience. The touch of Cilantro added freshness and flavor. This soup is undoubtedly a culinary gem worth trying.Parking: there is public parking in area“
“You simply can't call this joint a grocery store! It's a compact gourmet Italian market/sandwich shop/catering space/coffee break. Ordered 2 Artista salads for lunch - 1 with sliced grilled chicken, 1 with sliced breaded chicken on the side. That salad was so fresh, light, filling and really delicious with the vinaigrette dressing. The rustic croutons added substance and a nice crunchy contrast to the leafy arugula. Assuming the croutons were made at the shop. A very nice change from the "normal" salads in the area. I think I found my local go-to spot! Also a spontaneous splurge on the twice-baked biscotti! Sizeable portion, not too dense and delightfully crispy. I didn't feel so guilty eating so many as they were not overly sweet. Would have gone great with coffee! (See my staged photo of those delicious biscottis)The location is a beautiful historic yellow home turned salumeria. I almost drove past it until realizing I arrived!“
