“Turning Point is a fantastic spot and my go to option for lunch most days. The service is always friendly and attentive, and the food is excellent. The beet juice and Martha Vineyard Salad are my faves! They offer a variety of healthy options, which is perfect for anyone looking to eat well without sacrificing flavor. It’s become one of my go-to places for a great meal in a relaxed atmosphere!“

“Our waitress was the sweetest and they have some really unique menu items. I’d say their sweet choices are better than the savory but we enjoyed everything we had. Cornbread French toast was particularly sublime! The French press Kona coffee was a great start to the day. My one small complaint was the cleanliness of the dishes. My coffee mug had a visible red lipstick stain, my water glass had food particles on it and one of my plates was dirty. Just a small critique there. The space is nice open and not stuffy. And I noticed a good amount of foot traffic overall!“

“Turning point is a great spot to go to if you're hungry and looking for a quick breakfast or brunch. The only problem is the long wait times that usually occur at every location. The food is fresh and they even have gluten-free options. My girlfriend hates that I write these reviews.“

“The best crepes in the Philadelphia area, as far as I can tell. Great coffee and ice cream, too. Tucked away in Elkins Park, but very much worth discovering.“

“Everything we had was awesome. We were immediately met with a friendly server who brought us hot coffee, and all of the fixings were already on the table. We then had two- well thought out menus with sections for very healthy food and sections for a traditional breakfast fare. Our meals came out relatively quickly everything was cooked perfectly, and we gave them six stars.“

“When I walked in this morning, the first thing i noticed was the decor. The atmosphere gave me a real homey old-school vibe. The vintage items around the ceiling and walls are an amazing touch to this place. I thought it would be a long wait because of how crowded it was. Surprisingly , I was provided a seat quickly, and my server (I didn't catch her name, but she had a tattoo behind her ear) was amazing. She approached me right away, took my drink order, and gave me a few minutes to look over the many choices they have to offer. I decided on the sausage links, pancakes, and sunny side up eggs. Now, typically in California, they bring you these skimpy sausages, but no, not here. These sausage links were like chorizo portions and were very delicious and full of flavor. The pancakes were buttery and fluffy, although I was only able to finish 2 of the stack of 4. And the eggs were cooked to perfection. One thing I dislike about breakfast joints is the lack of strawberry jelly. Although I like syrup, I tend to favor strawberry jelly more. The fact that they had a stack of strawberry and a stack of grape made this place that much better. Truthfully, 5 star rating is not enough. This place deserves more than they 5 allowed, I will definitely be in tomorrow to try their lunch. If I had found this gem the last time I was here on business, I probably would have been in every day for the entire 2 weeks.“

“I really enjoy this local Bensalem restaurant. Good food and friendly attentive staff. I especially enjoy their coffee and breakfasts. Excellent oatmeal and grits and blueberry pancakes. Bernie's baking is excellent too. My only 4 in Atmosphere is because of a moderate noise level when busy. Veterans get free coffee- much appreciated!“
“I was getting my nails done across the street & i originally wasn’t going to stop by but i walked past the place & felt such a good vibe i had to walk in. as soon as i walk in a lady in the front greeted me very nicely, the service was 10/10 but there was just a special energy everyone was super nice the food was delicious the pancakes were so fluffy & warm the whole time i was there they made sure i was okay & had everything i needed no bad vibes at all & i enjoyed eating in.“

“This place has great grub and great service. I went for the first time recently and enjoyed everything I had. Eggs ( 3 over easy), grits, potatoes bacon, sausage, toast (wheat), and coffee. It's definitely a must try to go see for yourself.
Parking: It's in an outdoor mall, so there's plenty of parking“

“It's definitely a sketchy part of the city but their food is really good, and they seem like friendly enough people. My fave thing to order here is the chicken and waffles. The chicken is never seasoned but still good somehow, just needs some salt and pepper (+). Their grits are pretty good as well, not lumpy like some other breakfast spots.“

“This place has been a staple for a long while now. Breakfast of fish and grits is my favorite and fish and shrimp with fries when I'm feeling like fish on Friday. Had recent company that seriously had a thing for the French toast I got them. The cooks are doing something right.
Parking: There is a lot out front. It's never overcrowded but can look dark at night. Yet the bus stop and traffic patterns are usually busy enough to counter it feeling unsafe.“

“I LOVE this place. The owner is usually on site, friendly, and knowledgeable. Inventory here is always fresh, and delicious. Hands down, they have the BEST lunchmeats in the city. If you're looking for an ACTUAL deli, not a beer store, this is the place!!! If I could give a 6th star for the fact that if they're busy, they will take your phone number and call to let you know your order is ready, they would most definitely have a 6th star. They're serving up customer service at its finest!!!“

“Hubs and I are on vacation and we literally just Googled breakfast places near us. We try to eat local when we travel and avoid chain restaurants so we chose this one based on the reviews. And it did not disappoint! The food is great and there’s plenty of it! I had the western omelette and home fries and could not finish it. Hubs got two eggs, bacon, sausage and home fries and also could not finish. The service is excellent, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. A must try!!“

“This was the first restaurant my Grandmother took me to when I came to Philly when I was 8 I am going to be 44 in 2 months. Loyal customer for 36 years. They fed my family for 3 generations. It's not the same owners I started out with but the quality of food never changed and these owners owned it for decades. If you can ignore what's going on outside it's a great stop. The neighborhood changed the restaurant did not.“

“Been going here since before I can remember and for some reason always get creamp chipped beef. They can make anything taste great, and the staff are always always friendly and nice. They are easy to get along with and patient. The prices are going up just like everywhere else because of the raised prices of eggs so if its you’re first time back in a few years it might be surprising , but their a business that has to survive just like the rest of them. Godbless the staff thats been making mornings great for years.“

“I been a JS customer for 2 years now, and I live their pancakes, sausages, and eggs! I always can get a 9AM breakfast in the morning! If you look at the inside, and the outside, people wouldn’t come, but if you taste their food, that’s the best! (Overall 5/5)“

“I ordered somewhat of 2 platters. Oreo waffles with hash browns chicken tenders. Fruity pebble French toast with salmon, eggs, and hash browns. The food was incredible my salmon was very flavorful and did not have a fishy taste. The waffles were super fluffy and moist!! However, the food that had toppings could’ve used a little more like my Oreo waffles and fruity pebble French toast. Also the packaging was a little messy the condiments were thrown in the bag so my napkins included were sticky with oil and sauces. Overall my food was delicious and delivery was speedy and the food was still hot on arrival. Definitely will order again!“

“Popped in for a quick breakfast while my wife was having a medical procedure. Nice spot and very inviting. Now, this isn't your everyday breakfast dinner at all. Unique and original dishes with a definite flair. Now, don't get it wrong. The classics are made here, but the menu is far more original options. I had a smoked salmon and roasted vegetable fratita, excellent.“
