“Me and my husband always love to visit new places for lunch and based on the reviews, we decided to try Pink Lotus. So firstly- it has so many vegetarian options which is rare to find in Chinese/ Asian restaurants. We tried their tofu thai basil and Oh my God!! It was heavenly- the char on tofu and vegetables was just delicious!! We also tried Sechuan tofu and veg spring roll and they were also amazing. The customer service was definitely an icing on the cake, we were greeted very warmly by this lady and she was very friendly with us. Our overall experience was just great!! I think the skewers are overcooked slightly. A bit dry to me. But flavor is 7/10.I ordered a spicy beef noodle soup-9/10. I like soup noodle. I ordered a medium spicy one. It's not that spicy to me.
