“We’ve been ordering from the New Rice Bowl for 10 years and the food is always delicious! It’s always fresh and hot whether you have it delivered or pick it up. No matter how late or early I go the food is always made to order and consistent…never sitting around all day like in some places. I can’t say enough good things about New Rice Bowl!“

“Have had a few times here. Right inside Kumar Soni plaza food court . Not much place to dine in. Especially during covid times , there is absolutely no social distancing. Just take out of u can . Good info Chinese food and rightly priced. Tried spicy ? wings and it was ok. It was just saucy. Nice quantity though. For about 8.50$ , it was stomach full . Fried rice, chilli ? and others also taste good. Lots of parking available . Overall a good place for quick indo Chinese food …“

“Food is really good. But prices are super high. They do give big portions but that doesnt justify their high prices. The same amount of food I get for $50 I would pay $80 with them. That's a big difference. I feel like I am paying for my food and a little bit of their rent. 😂😂😂 They do make better food then the other restaurants in the area. You would think they would remodel the place with those high prices also. 😂😂😂 Over all 4 Stars because they have really good food. I would give them 5 stars if they had better prices. Those high prices always makes me think twice, then I brace for the impact and I place the order 😂😂😂“

“Great food here! I had to drive 40 minutes to get here, but the food makes it worth it! The service is great, the fish is excellent, and the atmosphere is friendly. The restroom is clean, but the only problem is the opening hour is a bit late. Overall, great experience. Would definitely come back again. Possibly the best fish soup in NJ.“

“Rich and flavorful broth! Great sides!

Wow! Firstly, very lovely first impression walking in and being seated. I am a big fan of the robin-egg colored tableware and the Miniso Dundun chicken timers lol. The place felt very clean and fresh, upon arriving.

Food:
The broth was extremely rich and flavorful! Genuinely tasted like it was prepared for a long time (10 hours) just like they advertise! It tasted very savory and it pairs well with the chicken and the other sides! The fish maw white fungus, chinese yam, pumpkin, and hand pulled noodles were all very fresh and high quality. I personally loved how chewy the noodles were after cooking it!

Our order was 2 servings it felt like a reasonable price. Definitely satisfied with the portion size given that we felt pretty full afterwards.

Service felt very welcoming and friendly.

“I took my fiance here this past weekend and we had a great time. We got to pick which vegetables, meats, tofu we liked, which were all fresh. And then we pick the broth and pay. The Mala Tang in the end was delicious. The broth was very flavorful and aromatic and the meats, vegetables and tofu tasted superb!“

“I was looking for a good spot to get Chinese food, after a not so great experience elsewhere in the area. Stuck to the basics and ordered Sesame chicken, egg roll, and egg drop soup and was pleasantly suprised. From other places I'd order sesame chicken and it felt heavy with so much sauce. The chicken here was great quality wise, and everything I ordered was spot on. I want to add that the staff was very friendly. I'll definitely be coming back soon.“
