“The Love. was simply incredible! We came here with our 6 year old son. Our waiter was fabulous and very accommodating to our 6 year old which you don’t always find in Rittenhouse. The atmosphere was light and airy and the food was great! Make sure to try their Dubai Chocolate Sundae and if you’re going with children they do have special kids cups and will accommodate the menu for them.“

“Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Congratulations to Mani and the team, and welcome to West Chester!“

“Besides the obvious great burgers what impressed me the most is the work ethic of each and everyone i have encountered every time i have gone in followed up with the best of manners and politeness which is extremely hard to find these days smh most McDonald's employees dont want to grow they would rather fight you instead of making something wrong right. “Our waitress took our order, we ordered 2 22 Oz Bud Lights and burgers. They had to change out the kegs so we actually got our food before the beers. Our waitress apologized for the wait so many times. She was so sweet. Not her fault. She was very pleasant and accommodating. Our burgers were great as always. Shit happens. I hope she is shown this. She was awesome.“

Oh man.İf you happen to stop at this pilot you MUST get a triple cheese burger. I ordered it to go and I was busy I ate the burger 4 hrs later it was cold obviously but it was the most delicious burger I ever it. I say this and I ate it when its cold.I don’t know where they ate getting the meat but it is so delicious you immediately realize the taste of the meat. İt is different its just too good. And I can tell they use expensive cheese too. I can eat this every day no joke. Business owner and the cook you guys should be proud of yourselves. That’s exactly how you respect the people whom youn serve. I appreciate this food a lot because I am a truck driver.what we have to eat at truck stops is almost being disrespectful to us.I wish I can see this place in more pilot locations. Hey pilot give them more locations we are SİCK OF DISGUSTİNG ARBY’s. Enough is enough Make a real change.“

“I literally just came down to get some groceries from Asian Fresh and afterwards I saw this cute place. I decided to go in and get the spicy chicken sandwich meal with 2 spicy wing dings and a soda. The chicken was super fresh and crispy. It was delicious I was very happy with my purchase, I'm so happy with it I have to return. I live how the food was made to order and the woman behind the counter was very friendly. Can't wait to dine in.“

The price is a little on the higher side especially if you're trying to get a quick bite/save money but it was really good! The wait was not long and the place has good seats. “I have been wanting to try this place for a while and when I remember they are either closed or sold out (I’m late to everything lol) Well we finally ordered today. My husband had the plain steak (he’s so boring🤣🤣) I had the Broadstreet and my son had the BG55. OMG, everything was delicious!! And the rolls were filled! No skimping on the meat here! Oh and my husband said the workers were very friendly! We will definitely be ordering from here again!“

“Treated ourselves to this place we saw on diners driveins and dives after shoveling a whole bunch of snow. The atmosphere is great, packed especially for a winter storm day. There were only three servers and one of them had to bartend as well, but food and drink came super fast. They are doing the best they can!
Got their brunch special with duck (which is absolutely delicious), a veggie burger, French onion soup (urgently needed in this weather), 1 cocktail and 2 desserts. Total came up to $77 before tax and tips. Great deal. Totally worth walking half an hour in 20 inches of snow for.“

“Kia was our service and when i tell you she is the bomb.com. She made my family feel like we was the only ones she was attending too. She had 4 other tables, but she made all the tables feel like we was top priority. She’s very amazing with children and you can tell she really loves her job. The manger Steven (i think that was his name) came and checked on the table and let us know Kia is definitely one of the best. I’ll be back for sure on Kia shift.
