“NYC cuisine outside of the tri state area! My family and I traveled from NYC (Staten Island- land of the restaurants) to the poconos for the weekend. My picky Italian kids wanted pizza etc. I’m so happy we found Boscos in the middle of a terrible snow storm. It’s a beautiful establishment with family history and decor on the walls. The owners and staff were extremely inviting and friendly, not to mention attentive. We ordered plain and mushroom pie, fried Calamari, mozzarella sticks and an eggplant roll. All were delicious, perfectly prepared and reminded us of our food back home. We will definitely be back on our next trip to the mountains.“

“My wife and I travel around the country living in vacation rentals. While in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, we came across this Diner. It's more like a New York type Diner than any place we've been in our travels. My wife have the French onion soup, and I had fish and chips. The French onion soup was very good according to my wife, and the Fish and Chips were okay. I asked for the french fries to be well done, and they were barely done. The fish however what's good.

The environment was what you would expect from a diner, so no surprises there. The service was very good, we were seated immediately, ain't that plenty of time to review the menu. The prices were pretty good as well.“

“I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Firstly the temperature outside and inside was well balanced and I thought the varnishing of the bar complimented this greatly. Nico was attentive without ever being overbearing, super friendly, kept great conversation, and made sure every single order was correct. “I miss your steak fajitas soo much. Plus they added tomato's in them. Very authentic. Their chips & Verde and red sauce are the absolute best. The rice and black beans were delicious. Big portions. But I never truly liked guacamole until I've eaten yours. No other place compares, please share the recipe plus the staff was always nice & extremely pleasant. I could eat there twice a week. My young daughter learned to say hola and Gracias just by coming in to eat.“

“Been coming to The Big A since we started coming to The Poconos a few years ago. Tracy’s dishes are all phenomenal but the bourbon peach glazed salmon is exceptional. Sharon has become our favorite waitress since our first visit. If you’re looking for a great meal, try The Big A!“

“Stopped here after The Land of Make Believe. This is much more of a restaurant that has a large beer selection than a brewery. They have indoor and a very large outdoor seating area. Also indoor bar with seating and TVs. They have a kids menu (cheeseburger, chicken fingers, pasta, etc). They do not (currently) have any ciders on the menu, but they do serve beer based flavored hard seltzers and also have a decent wine selection. Service was great and all of the staff were very friendly. No games that I saw (unlike other breweries).“

“We were in Bangor and needed something quick and filling to eat at our hotel prior to going out for the evening. We saw some pictures of China Wok's food and thought it looked good. I used the online ordering system and it was super quick and easy. Admittedly, we only ordered chicken fingers and rice, because we wanted something "safe," but it was delicious. We grabbed their menu and it has a ton of all day combo meals and we will definitely try some of those the next time we go to Bangor. I am already planning to order from them when I am in the area again in May.“
