By well-made I mean you're NOT going to receive food that's drowned in grease, or all mushy like it's been sitting in a steam table for hours.They have a great selection of different styles. All the standard stuff, plus Szechuan and Cantonese specialties. The prices are reasonable. Staff is very nice. I love that when I order delivery, the driver is from the restaurant, not some internet service.I used to think I'd never find good Chinese food in this area, until I tried Hop Hing. There are however much better places for this in Flushing Queens which would be double the driving time for me. The fish soup is good. Not the best. For the best, my go to place is still this place called Fish With You in Flushing. Give this place a try! Everything is good.

Update: had the comb for 2. The fish came under flavored. Needed some time to marinade in the soup. After it was better. We got the fried pork belly which is good. But can’t have too much because it is heavy. The glutinous cubes were fried so it was crispy on the outside and doughy on the inside. The syrup is used to dip and it serves as a good dessert to finish the meal off.“

“Randomly found this place after food shopping one night and its officially our fav spot ! They open late til 1230am ! Jay and his staff members are very welcoming and friendly. Told us their special dishes and what to come back to try next time! We got their green peppercorn broth with snakehead fish recommended by Jay and boy it hit the spot! “I ordered from this Chinese restaurant for the very first time to celebrate the grand opening of my nail salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! We got Yang Chow Fried Rice, General Tso’s Chicken, Shrimp with Garlic Sauce, Chow Fun, and the Orange Chicken Combo.

Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The Yang Chow Fried Rice was light and tasty, the General Tso’s Chicken had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy with a crispy bite, and the Shrimp with Garlic Sauce was packed with flavor and came with fresh, juicy shrimp. Just order pick up and don’t go to pricy places if u want to avoid being disappointed. I’ve bought from Madison Wok for 15 years now and never had a late order when ordering pick up here (usually 15 mins). The food tastes exactly as my local restaurant when I was a kid, so I can’t complain. For the price, consider how little you are paying for the amount of work and manpower going into it •• esp since it’s done so fast. Dao nearby has slightly less oil and flavor for a lot more money. I wanted to like it but just poor value since your deliver or pick up order price needs to support the wait staff. No American style Chinese food is healthy for you so stop thinking you’re doing something good by paying someone extra to do less oil, msg, etc. in summary, this is an old school place that gives you the standards for the least amount of money you’ll pay in this zip code. Not something to eat everyday, but when you need your fix for this kind of stuff. I recommend the pork dumplings, fried wings, curry chicken, wonton soup and any fried rice, plus the chow fun and generals chicken. My 3 kids never complain and no one has ever been sick. Sometimes I’m not crazy about the amount of meat but remember that I’m not paying $15 or $20 for a pint here, and the low prices are supporting a skeleton crew.“
