“Always very kind and great customer service when you call. They greet you when you come in and if you’re a regular they remember your name. Authentic Italian food made by the family that owns it. They have very good salad, my favorite it’s made with quality lettuce, roasted peppers, olives, and veggies. Their garlic knots are perfectly cooked and fresh, their sauce is nice and thick and fresh. They put their fries in a paper bag to keep them crispy. You’re getting good quality food and very friendly service if you come here.“
“Stopped here after a day at Great Adventure. Cozy little Italian restaurant in a small strip mall down from Six Flags. The food was really good! Fresh made and tasty. The service was not up to par. Waiter was friendly but very inattentive. The place wasn’t busy either. Heard they have a sister restaurant one town over that is top notch. May try them next time.“
“Amazing Italian food! The Penne Vodka entree is delicious or try the Hollywood (chicken, shrimp, scallops in vodka sauce). The pizza is also great, try the Sicilian Combo with their house salad, enough to feed the whole family. Best Italian food outside of Brooklyn.“
“I was visiting the area and decided to stop here based on the reviews that I read. It did not disappoint. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. We ordered the calamari and a meatlover's pizza. There was also complimentary bread and dipping oil. The atmosphere was really nice; however, the tables are really close together. I“
“Dolce & Clemente's was wonderfully helpful and responsive when I needed food for an event. The food was delicious and plentiful. It was beautifully prepared and the staff was extremely accommodating! I would highly recommend for their catering!“
“We arrived at 4:30 for our reservation. We had two children with us for a Saturday night dinner so we wanted to be out before it got crowded. The food was great! My husband had the lamb special and I had the homemade bolognese pasta. Leftovers for both of us at a great price. Will definitely put this on our special night out rotation. Best part we were out of there in an hour. (I am sure if you wanted apps and dessert you wouldn't be rushed out)“
“Second time here and felt the need to write a review. First of all, we were a group of 25 ladies doing our bookclub. We got kicked out of the town library without notice for no reason and were desperate for a place to continue our meeting since people had come from up to 50 minutes away. I called La Piazza and they accommodated us last minute, were so welcoming, and turned our night around. The food was amazing as always too, love their pasta with vodka sauce (added grilled chicken for some protein). I didn't order dessert, but the selection was amazing and everyone who did enjoyed! Lastly, our waitress was so great and welcoming!“
“I’m so happy we finally made it here! After months of reading the positive reviews, my son recommended that we come for dinner! Everything was prepared fresh, portions were plentiful, service was attentive and presentation was appealing. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommend!“
“We grabbed a bottle o wine from the liquor store 2 doors down and went to dinner. The place was clean and set nicely with cloth table cloths and cloth napkins. Our waiter Peter was professional, courteous and attentive to our needs. I had the grilled seafood combo which was fantastic (and I'm from Massachusetts so know seafood). We also had the galic breas with cheese which was excellent. The chef presented us two complimentary mini cannollis which were obviously freshly filled and tasty. A 5 star experience after a 7 hour day driving.“
“Went last night and everything we order was amazing. I got a sandwich and the chicken was freshly fried. Also got what looked like a fried calzone filled with chicken and mozzarella then topped with vodka sauce, it was on another level. We also shared the special which was chicken leg that fell off the bone and was season perfectly. Everyone there was super nice, great atmosphere and people! Definitely will be going back.“
“I went in today for lunch with a good friend who is fighting cancer and haven't seen in a long time. Her stomache is very fickle and she did amazingly well with the food. It's definitely leaning towards fine dining. Linen table cloths, linen knapkins, polished silverware, white glove service without the gloves. Our sever observed us without being intrusive. He only served the next dished when we stopped eating the first one. If you're accustomed to being entertained by your server, this is not for you. If you value uninterrupted time spent with your guest while still not being neglected, this is for you. I actually like it when the server is vigilant but not overbearing. I want to enjoy the food, take in the atmosphere and speak with my friend, and our server allowed us to just be present. We never had to ask for anything. It was brought out at the right time, our needs were anticipated and we were greeted by Chef Jason, who greeted every table. I recommend the truffle oil fries, beet salad and hand held chicken pesto. The presentation of all three dishes was beautiful. Thank you so much. It was a really good experience.“
“I’ve tried most of the highest reviewed pizza spots in Jersey (besides Deluca’s) and Dilorenzos is still at the top of my list. Their regular pie is phenomenal but if you like sausage & peppers on your pie, you’re in for a treat. Every so often, we’ll drive over an hour just to go here, well worth the trip!“
“Just hosted my rehearsal dinner here and it was amazing! Marco was fantastic, he made everything so easy to set up. My family LOVED the food and the service was perfect. We even ordered pizza for the whole bridal party the next morning, and they delivered on time and was so delicious. 10/10 would recommend!“
“Great place to get your fix of Tomato pie. This restaurant has been around since 1914 I believe. Great history, and differentiates with "mustard pie" which I assume is great, made with a layer of mustard baked in but my 5 friends were afraid to try. Maybe next time!“
“As many have said, the appearance of the restaurant does not reflect the quality of the food. I ordered the "True Italian" sub and was not disappointed. The (unexpected) mild toasting of the roll gave a little crunch that really added to the sandwich. Owner is nice and a good conversationalist. Will visit again for sure if I get back to the area.“
“Mannino’s is the best, My family is so thrilled we came across them. They have the best Grandma pie. Yesterday we ordered a sausage , onion and roasted pepper pie, it was amazing. This is the best pizzeria in the area. I didn’t think anyone here could make a fantastic pie, but they did. This will definitely be our go to place, no others in the area come close. Keep maki g your delicious food“
“Seafood Combo w/white sauce was very good and plentiful abbondanza!Boscaiola was very good also, had a few pizza’s from here, so far not to bad, solid 7.2 if using the barstool scoring system, cheese steak was not bad, I could eat them with no issues, cold sub was good but the bread I got it on was not my style of sub roll, will try again to see if it was a one time thing. I will continue to go here.“
“Nicely decorated, good service and delicious food. Decent size portions as well. I enjoyed a chicken and sausage risotto and also tasted the chicken marsalla. Both were very good, but there wasn't much marsalla flavor in the sauce. The prices were slightly on the high side, but not awful. I would have felt better about that if they included a house Salad with the entrée instead of everything Ala carte. BYOB also. Overall, I recommend this restaurant.“
“Went in to place an order for a family of five. First time visiting this place, and I was greatly surprised of all the options they had to choose from. All of the food was delicious, their wings were flavorful and meaty! The spicy chicken wrap had plenty of goodness wrapped in it! The garlic knots were also delicious! The service was top notch, and the atmosphere for dining in is very family friendly.“
“Delicious food, great atmosphere, huge portions! Jayden and Walter were AMAZING!! The salmon was fantastic and the absolute best chicken franchise. Definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a good dinner spot with very attentive and friendly staff!“
“We love Gloria at the bar, she is so personable and sweet! We love the wings & steak & pizza here. The food is amazing! We go often on weekdays and even weekends. The service is great, the inside has wine barrels that are such a neat feature to the looks.“
“such tasty food, they’ve got the kind of fries people dream about. so perfectly crispy, just your ideal pizzeria fries. i also got the chicken franchese dip sandwich and it was unreal. it even tasted just as good reheated the next day. i highly reccomend stopping by and i will be coming back in the “
“Quiet and cozy atmosphere even with their usual full house. I've ordered from here countless times over the years and I have never been disappointed. Browns Mills can be hit or miss with pizza so I drive a little out of my way and it's well worthe it. They have a lot of specialty pizza's to choose from and they are all fantastic. We've had a few of their specials that aren't always on the menu like chicken cordon Bleu and it was delicious! That Sauce was definitely made fresh from scratch and was made traditionally which most restaurants can't execute. Impressive. Very Clean and the prices are fair. Anything you order from here, you will love for sure!“
“Have recently become a forever fan of Manninos 3 on Rt. 33 in Hamilton Square NJ.I received a catering order from there a few weeks ago and was so pleasantly surprised...not only was the young delivery man courteous and respectful , but the trays of food were delicious !We had a tray of each of the eggplant Azzurri Rollatini with spinach, cheese and roasted peppers in a vodka sauce and another large tray of their AC Milan penne vodka, breaded chicken, mozzarella in a delicious creamy vodka sauce. Along with a bag full of their very appealing knotted breads..Both entrees were outstanding and plentiful.Since then we have been there with friends and family 5 more times and have also ordered several catering items being delivered to friends , all of which have been thoroughly enjoyed .We've had their delicious and unique specialty salads, their personal pizzas, and a few other chicken, eggplant and pasta dishes ...all were very good...So if you're looking for great food, with great service give yourselves a treat and stop by Manninos 3 in Hamilton Square NJ. You won't be disappointed !Rumolo and the staff are all very pleasant, hard working and very acommodating.“
“This place has really good pizza. On my way back to Boston I was craving pizza and say this spot in the map and decided to try it. The customer service was really good, I got one plain cheese slice and one bacon ranch and man oh man were they delicious. Thanks guys.“
“This restaurant is truely a hidden gem. We got a recommendation and directions from a local couple who eat there weekly. The food was delicious. the dinners came with soup or salad and freshly baked bread and rolls. Two of us opted for soup and our third diner had the salad. To our surprise the soup was not a small cup, but a large bowl. Both the pasta e fagioli and the lentil were homemade and hearty. We enjoyed them both. Two orders of veal parm and one order of chicken parm later we we re stuffed. The portions were generous enough to have leftovers for lunch the next day. The pizzas that were being served while we dined looked crispy and loaded with toppings. We were sorry we did not order one to go. It is BYOB so we had wine which our server, Justine, opened and served. Justine was friendly and very accommodating. She answered any questions about the food and explained the specials of the day. We will definitely eat there again when we are out that way.“
